Jackie was the first person I spoke to on the phone regarding my need to trade in a minivan I had bought only last summer to get a car that did not use so much gas. I knew the minivan would have negative equity, and when I had called another dealer, they had given me no hope of being able to make any kind of deal. Jackie encouraged me to come in and gave me hope that we could make a deal that I could still afford, even with the negative equity. She held true to her words, and after I found a new car with much better mileage, she approached the manager, and she explained the negative equity to me, and I still left with a deal that I could afford. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the service I received was topnotch. I was very impressed with the facility itself; there is an area for children to play, and area for laptops so people can work while they are waiting for car maintenance, a lovely cafe. Everthing is very clean and the environment is pleasant. I did not think anyone could exceed the service at another dealership where I had gotten my minivan, but Keith Pierson did. I walked away feeling I had gotten a good deal and that they were fair about the negative equity. I received a hand written thank you after I purchased my new Toyota, and Jackie has called me several times to make sure I was happy with my new car. He knew we were in for service on our 2009 Camry and was willing to take the time to introduce us to the 2011 Avalon Limited. We were able to test drive the Venzer and the Avalon. We had set a goal for the Venza but the Avalon won out. It was our decision. There was no pressure by Kenneth for us to buy any automobile, or even buy that very day. However, with his assist and excellent knowledge of the item of interest. Well beyond most. Jan and I both appreciate the way we were handled and would definately buy from that dealership again. I wanted to punch him. What a jerk. We will be buying a new Toyota, but not from this place! We did get our car fixed here and I liked the guy we worked with to fix it, but I hate this place now. Even when we decided to see what kind of deal we could get, the lady as well as your finance manager were very graceous as well as knowledgeable and friendly, Non as good as Kennedy but all good people! The overall car buying expierence was great. No pressure no pushy sales staff. The surrunders we great and to know that Keith buys his employees lunch on the weekends was another great plus that impressed my husband and I. Keep up the good work.... More

I was looking to lease/purchase a 2010 Prius and went to Keith Pierson Toyota. They only had one on the lot that day (a Prius II). Matt Seedorf let me test drive it and went over the car's many features wit Keith Pierson Toyota. They only had one on the lot that day (a Prius II). Matt Seedorf let me test drive it and went over the car's many features with me, his knowledge of the Prius is very extensive. I've been having problems with sitting for long periods of time on uncomfortable seats and the Prius II was not very comfortable after sitting in it for about 30 minutes (for the test drive and the features overview). Matt took the time to take me to many different cars on the lot to find one that was comfortable for me, I didn't find one that day. I ended up at another Toyota dealership the next day and they had a Prius III. I sat in it and did not have the same trouble with the seat (not sure why as they are supposed to have the exact same seats). Anyway, I ended up leasing the Prius III from the other dealership (only because Keith Pierson did not have a Prius III on their lot). I took my Pruis III over to Matt and he went over all of the features again (the salesman at the other dealership didn't go over much at all). My daughter was with me that day and she bought a 2010 Corolla and is very happy with it. Matt has called and emailed me many times since to see if I'm still happy with the Prius and to let him know if I have any more questions. I only wish Keith Pierson would've had the Prius III on the lot that first day and that I had bought it from Matt Seedorf instead of leasing it from that other Toyota dealership! More
