My 6 yr. old grand-daughter is a Cancer Survivor,and our RELAY FOR LIFE event that she is coming for starts at 5:00 on Friday night. He not only found me a car, but was so kind as to bring it to me. Because of all the things that I had going on for Relay I did not have time to make the trip to Jacksonville and back. I went to this dealer with the intention of looking. Donald went above and beyond to make this deal available to me and explain everything that I could ask about the vehicle. I was disappointed to find out after the sale was complete that I had agreed to payments of $450.00 per month and the final figure I agreed to was 459.00 per month. Instead, the payment is now $556.00 dollars per month and that figure was mentioned only once during the closing. There was no attempt to explain why my payment jumped a hundred dollars after only adding the extended warranty. My mistake for missing this, but it won't happen again. Next time, I'll be back, but I'll deal with finance people I can trust. More
