We rated a 5 overall because we couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Lynette. She listened to our wants and found what we were looking for and worked to get the price we wanted. This is the se better salesperson than Lynette. She listened to our wants and found what we were looking for and worked to get the price we wanted. This is the second car we have purchased from Keith Pierson. Our salesman last time, Tony Mariner, is now a sales manager and we spoke with him to set an appointment before we came in. Couldn't have asked for better people to deal with. More

I was looking to lease/purchase a 2010 Prius and went to Keith Pierson Toyota. They only had one on the lot that day (a Prius II). Matt Seedorf let me test drive it and went over the car's many features wit Keith Pierson Toyota. They only had one on the lot that day (a Prius II). Matt Seedorf let me test drive it and went over the car's many features with me, his knowledge of the Prius is very extensive. I've been having problems with sitting for long periods of time on uncomfortable seats and the Prius II was not very comfortable after sitting in it for about 30 minutes (for the test drive and the features overview). Matt took the time to take me to many different cars on the lot to find one that was comfortable for me, I didn't find one that day. I ended up at another Toyota dealership the next day and they had a Prius III. I sat in it and did not have the same trouble with the seat (not sure why as they are supposed to have the exact same seats). Anyway, I ended up leasing the Prius III from the other dealership (only because Keith Pierson did not have a Prius III on their lot). I took my Pruis III over to Matt and he went over all of the features again (the salesman at the other dealership didn't go over much at all). My daughter was with me that day and she bought a 2010 Corolla and is very happy with it. Matt has called and emailed me many times since to see if I'm still happy with the Prius and to let him know if I have any more questions. I only wish Keith Pierson would've had the Prius III on the lot that first day and that I had bought it from Matt Seedorf instead of leasing it from that other Toyota dealership! More

After knowing the best deals in town on a Toyota Camry, we went here to see if they could match or beat other dealerships. The sales rep. offered us a "deal" that was 8,000 dollars more than other dealers we went here to see if they could match or beat other dealerships. The sales rep. offered us a "deal" that was 8,000 dollars more than other dealerships. When we explained how we reached this number, he was very confused and got his manager. When she arrived, she point blank told us they couldn't match it. She didn't even try to get a closer number. We got up and left after wasting 2 hours. This dealership only sells to people who haven't done their research and are willing to pay more. More
salesman was wonderful. Listened to what I was asking for in a new vehicle and did a great job of finding it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality which made the car buying in a new vehicle and did a great job of finding it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality which made the car buying experience pleasurable. Car buying used to be fun and exciting years ago, but I have dreaded buying cars for the last 20+ years as the fun was taken out of it by the high pressure sales tactics and run around on getting a dealer to disclose clearly the trade allowance and sales price of the car deal. Keith Pierson toyota was not like that at all. They disclosed right up front the trade price of my vehicle and the selling price of the new car I was considering. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith Pierson Toyota in December 2010. One Saturday, they did absolutely everything trying to get us My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith Pierson Toyota in December 2010. One Saturday, they did absolutely everything trying to get us into the store. The salesman, John McDowell, presented himself as a recent hire, who needed to get us inside so that his manager wouldn't get mad. We said: "No, we are not ready yet. We are only checking out your inventory today, but we are open to set up an appointment." And then the following week, after we did quite a bit of online research, it was as if we were not even there! John was in the store, but was too busy to come out to greet us and explain that he was tied up with other things. He waved at us across the room and that was it! The younger salesman in his place, Matt Seedorf, was clearly stalling for time because we had to go over all the basic stuff again: what we are looking for, what our trade-in is, how much we are planning on spending. We test drove, went back inside, and Matt spent nearly 40 minutes explaining to us that they cannot guaranty the color and specifications we wanted: a base model with a basic value package. I found at least 7 of them in our area and 3 at their dealership online! I held my composure and thought to myself: "This must be their tactic: they are trying to wear us out before the real negations begin..." When I suggested actually turning to the computer and searching the database, he started a new phase of stalling, a.k.a. "let me go check on something". He would leave and come back several times, letting us sit alone for 5 minutes at a time. First, it was to check our trade-in's VIN number (I had its title with me, but he never asked), then it was to talk to his manager, then to talk to his sales accountant, then to pick up some print-outs, and so on. It was getting old, we were getting impatient, and the whole experience was the exact opposite of what we have expected. We thought John McDowell would have the inventory listings ready for us, so we would sit down at the table, and talk numbers. But no, we never heard a single offer from them! Instead, they made us sign an agreement to buy a car that day, had they found something meeting our requirements. At some point Matt asked me how I pronounce my last name and what my origin is. After I responded, he said: "Now I see why we are having troubles: our people were never in good relationship." I could not believe my ears! I replied: "What does my origin have to do with our car purchase?" He explained his remark as an attempt at a joke. My wife pulled my sleeve and suggested that we leave. I agreed. Overall, we wasted 1.5 hours there. It seems they want you fresh and unprepared (an easy prey so to speak), but don't even try to do business if they see that you did your homework and are walking into the store with a binder. More
