My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith Pierson Toyota in December 2010. One Saturday, they did absolutely everything trying to get us My wife and I had a horrible experience with Keith Pierson Toyota in December 2010. One Saturday, they did absolutely everything trying to get us into the store. The salesman, John McDowell, presented himself as a recent hire, who needed to get us inside so that his manager wouldn't get mad. We said: "No, we are not ready yet. We are only checking out your inventory today, but we are open to set up an appointment." And then the following week, after we did quite a bit of online research, it was as if we were not even there! John was in the store, but was too busy to come out to greet us and explain that he was tied up with other things. He waved at us across the room and that was it! The younger salesman in his place, Matt Seedorf, was clearly stalling for time because we had to go over all the basic stuff again: what we are looking for, what our trade-in is, how much we are planning on spending. We test drove, went back inside, and Matt spent nearly 40 minutes explaining to us that they cannot guaranty the color and specifications we wanted: a base model with a basic value package. I found at least 7 of them in our area and 3 at their dealership online! I held my composure and thought to myself: "This must be their tactic: they are trying to wear us out before the real negations begin..." When I suggested actually turning to the computer and searching the database, he started a new phase of stalling, a.k.a. "let me go check on something". He would leave and come back several times, letting us sit alone for 5 minutes at a time. First, it was to check our trade-in's VIN number (I had its title with me, but he never asked), then it was to talk to his manager, then to talk to his sales accountant, then to pick up some print-outs, and so on. It was getting old, we were getting impatient, and the whole experience was the exact opposite of what we have expected. We thought John McDowell would have the inventory listings ready for us, so we would sit down at the table, and talk numbers. But no, we never heard a single offer from them! Instead, they made us sign an agreement to buy a car that day, had they found something meeting our requirements. At some point Matt asked me how I pronounce my last name and what my origin is. After I responded, he said: "Now I see why we are having troubles: our people were never in good relationship." I could not believe my ears! I replied: "What does my origin have to do with our car purchase?" He explained his remark as an attempt at a joke. My wife pulled my sleeve and suggested that we leave. I agreed. Overall, we wasted 1.5 hours there. It seems they want you fresh and unprepared (an easy prey so to speak), but don't even try to do business if they see that you did your homework and are walking into the store with a binder. More

This was my first time ever buying a car without my dad to help me with all the money stuff, but my salesman Matt was awesome! He made the whole experience fun, and easy. I was hoping that I wouldn't get a to help me with all the money stuff, but my salesman Matt was awesome! He made the whole experience fun, and easy. I was hoping that I wouldn't get a pushy creepy salesperson since at the last car lot I went to, that's what I got! Matt was amazing! He was patient with me since I was unsure which car I liked best. He took his time and asked what I was looking for, which I was pretty picky! In the end I ended up with a pretty sweet 2011 Camry! All the employees were super nice and I would reccomend Keith Pierson Toyota to everyone!!,. More
We just bought a used truck for Keith Pierson Toyota. Mike (our sales rep) was friendly without reverting to the old and expected,"used-car-salesman-talk". He showed us the inventory in our price range Mike (our sales rep) was friendly without reverting to the old and expected,"used-car-salesman-talk". He showed us the inventory in our price range and made our buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. Nate, the finance manager, was very easy to deal with and worked on his day off to finalize the deal and the financing to get us the best rate possible. Our entire visit was the nicest and easiest car-buying experience we've ever had and we will not hesitate to recommend Keith pierson Toyota to people. We will also be repeat car-buying customers in the future. Thanks again to Mike and Nate for making us very satisfied customers, in deed! More
I am very appreciative for the time that was spent with me in an effort to find the right car for me. Although it took quite a while to get to the right car, at an acceptable price for me, I'm glad that Cu me in an effort to find the right car for me. I was researching multiple dealers and requested price quotes via the internet. I requested a quote from Keith Pierson Toyota and specifically asked to be contacted via email. Within minutes of sending quotes via the internet. I requested a quote from Keith Pierson Toyota and specifically asked to be contacted via email. Within minutes of sending my email my phone starts ringing and it's a salesmen leaving me a message to call him back. If I wanted to talk to a pushy, greedy salesman I would have called or shown up in person. I requested a quote online because I prefer to deal with car dealerships via email as it saves me a lot of headaches. I ended up purchasing a new Toyota from Arlington Toyota as they were smart enough not to call and harass me the instant I asked for information online (amongst other reasons). By the way, I never did receive any sort of email response to my initial request. More
