She followed up with me many weeks after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I wasn't having any problems, and was glad to help me when I did have some questions. Chip was a great help when I went to get my vehicle serviced for the first time at 5000 miles. I didn't really know what I was doing but I could tell that he did, and he made everything very simple and explained the process for me so that next time I'll have a better idea of what I'm doing.
