First of all, I would like to say that I had an awful experience with Keith Peirson Toyota. I obtained financing through my credit union with a very low interest rate so I had no intention of financing t experience with Keith Peirson Toyota. I obtained financing through my credit union with a very low interest rate so I had no intention of financing through Keith Pierson. The issue that I am presenting to you is as follows: I called your dealership after finding a vehicle of interest online on AutoTrader.com with no pricing listed for the vehicle. Next, I called your dealership to find that a sales person could not give me a price and as stated, the sales representative had "no access to that information". Later, I rec'd a call about an hour later to provide me with the vehicle cost of $17k. I told the sales person we would come into the dealership on the next day of business because the price was in our range. Upon arrival, I told the sales person Jenna that we were told a price of $17k for the vehicle that we wanted to purchase - either she refused to listen to what I mentioned or did not want to listen - I'm still confused on this one. We researched different vehicles and pricing and had our facts together as well as financing. Next, we got to your used car lot and the car lot was not open on time and we had to wait for 30 minutes. Finally, after waiting for someone to show up, we test drove the vehicle and found that we loved it. Once we returned back to the dealership after the test drive, we soon found that the price was a lie as well as false advertisement. Lastly, to keep this issue short, we were given so much "run around" on pricing that was not $17k made us walk out of your dealership and will find another vehicle online (many on the market online) that will fit our needs. I feel like driving 3 hours to another dealership that will not "lie" to us is worth more value than driving 45 minutes to deal with lie, lie, lie...I will never step foot back into a Keith Pierson dealership and will also tell all of my friends from New York to Jacksonville to not step foot into your dealership. Also, I work for a very high end corporation here in Jacksonville and will also spread the word of how my family was treated and made to feel like we were not a valued customer. More

Kennedy took the time to understand our vehicle needs and wants with regards to our vehicle budget and presented us with several options to choose from, one of which was the very vehicle that we had searched for, which we purchased. Have a 2012 that I took in for 5000 miles service which is rotate tires check fulids. My car has wheel locks and the key could not be fount. My wife and I contacted KPT about a used car. I had been to the dealership before and didn't like the "three ring circus" atmosphere. We told him firm that were weren't going to negotiate that way and told him what we wanted to pay for the car based on our own research. On the way there my wife and just knew it was going to be a difficult process. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Raphael who wrote down the price they would sell it for which was almost the price we quoted. We bought it, met with Bridget in finance,signed the paperwork,and drove off. No problems, no surprises no pressure. The reason why I our experience was this way was because we were PREPARED. We had pre-arranged financing, researched the vehicle we were purchasing and knew what we should be paying for the car. More

Recently my wife and I went to look at the Scion XB and see if it would be the car for us. We had no intention of buying immediatley but ended up doing just that. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Lionel Mann, a sales associate. Our experience with Lionel was an enjoyable experience to say the least. He was very knowledgeable and had very good active listening skills. He made our day out to look turn into a day of puchasing our new Scion XB. I would rate his knowledge and friendliness above average and do business with him in the future. He is an assest to Keith Pierson Toyota and would recommend him to my friends if they were in need of a car. More
