I stopped by for a quick visit to see if the dealership has a preowned Honda element. It turned out their was no element in current inventory. Marcus went in to overdrive at this time by inviting me to tes has a preowned Honda element. It turned out their was no element in current inventory. Marcus went in to overdrive at this time by inviting me to test drive any sport utility on the lot to see if another vehicle would meet my needs. I test drove two Honda c.r.v that were very clean and drove like a dream but was not a good fit for my needs. Marcus was not ready to give up so we rode the lot again and spotted a Toyota scion and it was as close to a element as we could get on this day. I test drove it and liked it better then the other two but still was not sure it would fit my needs. Marcus discussed the matter with his boss Anderson and I was offered a opportunity to do the paperwork and drive it for a day and if I was not happy with it just bring it back and I could get my trade in back with no questions asked. Well it turned out that I was not going to be satisfied until I got me an element. Marcus worked so hard through out the visit I really felt bad not keeping the vehicle but the wife also wanted a element so I returned it to the dealership. There was Marcus the next morning meeting me in the lot with my key to my trade in,I could not help but to feel bad for this young man.Keith I hope you get to see this feedback,Marcus is a good example of that old saying that is still so true today,if you gonna talk the talk you better be prepared to walk the talk. He is everything that we the consumer see in your television commercials the real deal that represents your dealership to a high standard. I will put your dealership down as my first stop in my next purchase. More

Bought my 2011 Tacoma in SC. Keith Pierson honored my warranty nicely. The service department was fast from the moment I pulled up. Nice to see such organization within the department as a whole.
