My wife and I went to Kieth Piierson Toyota to replace my 2004 Corolla,. We were introduced to sale associate,Jackie Saint-Pierre, who listened to my wants and needs. She helped us walk through the pros and cons of each model and gave us plenty of time to make our choice. I have owned more than 16 cars and 2 motorcycles and Jackie is the first sales person i have dealt with that allow me to make the decision as to what I wanted or needed and not what the seller wanted me to buy. She is a keeper! She is knowledge, polite and concerned that the customer is satisfied. Her attritude and that of all the people at Kietrh Pierson Toyota illustrate is that the custumer is satisfied and it was a pleasant buying experience. I'LL go back! More

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was pouring down rain the day I visited the dealership and there were no trucks in the showroom, (I was originally looking for a truck), Donald took me a pouring down rain the day I visited the dealership and there were no trucks in the showroom, (I was originally looking for a truck), Donald took me around the lot in a new truck and showed me all the new models, and even the used section as I had mentioned that I might be willing to purchase a used one. He seemed very knowledgeable of all the models and their price ranges. Once back inside the showroom, I looked over a 2012 Camry and had a change of heart, I really was impressed with the styling and considering my wife's car, our trip car, is getting older every year, I decided to pursue purchasing a Camry. Donald did not bat an eye, he did not seem bothered at all that I had taken a totally different interest, I actually felt bad that I had wasted his time looking at the trucks; he did not seem to share this feeling. The professionalism and courtesy did not start nor end with Donald, but was evidenced by everyone associated with the dealership. I'm not an expert nor even an experienced buyer, (as I keep my vehicles until the wheels fall off), but this experience was exactly what I would have expected, had I been shopping for a Rolls-Royce. I always get prompt courteous service from the sales people and the service department is very professional and expedites my visits nicely.The included lifetime warranty is a nice free touch, very reassuring in today's world. I've bought cars from Florida to California over the years. This dealership is by far the best I have ever been in. It is always nice to see the owner and his family around the place also. This place is definitely a crown jewel in Toyota's representatives. Always clean and upbeat. The ability to get service 7 days a week is also a plus when needed. i came in expecting to get a used 2012 camry but Donald had higher expectation for me. My bank approved me with a Apr of 6.49% but Donald got me in a 2013 Camry LE at 0% apr a deal i couldnt pass up.
