We originally looked at a Scion FRS at a dealership closer to where we live and were treated horribly!!!!!! We Called Keith Pierson immediately after we left the first dealership we went to and verifi closer to where we live and were treated horribly!!!!!! We Called Keith Pierson immediately after we left the first dealership we went to and verified that they had the car we were looking for on the sales lot. From the initial phone call the staff was friendly and more than willing to to accommodate our needs. When we arrived at the dealerships staff held open doors and were smiling and friendly, and not those fake smiles that say they pay me to do this but smiles that were worn because they were happy to be doing their jobs even at the late hour on a sunday when we were showing up on their doorstep. Sales Manager Tony (who took our initial phone call) introduced us to our sales representative Alex Boyle ( AKA completely awesome) who took us through the lot and showed us different models of the vehicle that they had to offer (Scion FR-S) and explained each one of the features as well as the warranties and extras that Keith Pierson offered that others did not. After we sat down to talk price and we were given every single thing that we had asked for, and the extras that we wanted that were not available were still taken in to consideration in the price of the vehicle. After spending two hours looking and talking we informed the salesman that we would be back tomorrow and were met with no pressure whatsoever to have to do the deal then or no deal (typical of every other car dealership that i have been to). The following morning Alex called us and we solidified a time to come back and purchase the vehicle as well as share information about upgrades that I had asked about the evening before ( this guy was really paying attention to our wants and not just trying to make a sale!!) We came back to the dealership that evening and purchased the vehicle with Alex and as out finance manager who was also wonderful to deal with. It took no time at all to get through the paperwork and secure the vehicle in writing. Our Manuals were explained to us in depth and the car was clean and delivered to us in the front of the building. The following day we were called to ask if we had any further questions and to ask how we liked the vehicle, were also called four days after the sale to be asked the same. Since we have been married we have purchased several vehicles (10 to be exact) and I have never had an enjoyable buying experience until now!!!!! To be taken care of by such an amazing staff (especially Alex) and not be pressured or bullied was amazing and to deal with people who take the time to listen to your wants and needs and then match you up with what you are looking for that fits your budget is flat out over the top. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A CAR DO IT HERE........... AND ASK FOR ALEX!!!! More
