My husband and I went looking at Toyota Sienna Vans it is the 3rd one i have purchased since 2001. We have never been to this particular dealership before. The Dealership is impecably clean and every one we the 3rd one i have purchased since 2001. We have never been to this particular dealership before. The Dealership is impecably clean and every one we came in contact with from the time we came thru the door was extremely nice and very attentive. We had been to another dealership in town and they only had 1 car to look at and seemed to think I would take what they had rather than what I wanted, it was a real turn off to buying a car. The atmosphere at Keith Perason was totally different , they had a better selection of Vans with different options, some the other dealership would not offer and we had a delightful experience so much so that they made me a good deal that I felt I should not pass on and we left in my new car. We love it the sales woman Jackie was wonderful, she was pleasant she spent time with us but was not pushy and was knowledgeble about our questions. There was another man that helped out he was very patient with my husband who was pushing the limit on the deal but gave in and was happy. I would say this dealership treated us more like family than just customers. Jackie is more like a family friend than an auto sales person if you know what i mean I feel like I could call anyone there and get help if I needed and said too. I will highly recommend Jackie and this dealership to my friends and family members from now on. They have my busniess from now on. We were cash customers. My disappointment came when we went to sign the papers and I did not get more for my trade like I had hoped, and my payments ended up being $50 more than I had agreed upon. The dealership tried to pull the bait and switch. Quoted a price over the phone and then after an hour drive to their dealership no truck.
