My service at Keith Pierson Toyota was so pleasant and reassuring during the purchase of my wife's new vehicle. The sales person Miss Jackie was so informative and straight up during the process. It always seems like never the right time to buy a vehicle but I always would tell Miss Jackie that I am one day going to do it. Well, 15 years late I finally brought that vehicle from her. Welcomed immediately. Met by Julian Watson, salesman, who introduced us to Toyota. He was attentive to our requests as to what we wanted and did his best to assist us. Overall, I had a pleasant experience buying a vehicle . Ethan Methvin in sales was extremely knowledgeable with product knowledge any car we looked at he had most all the facts which made it easier to narro Ethan Methvin in sales was extremely knowledgeable with product knowledge any car we looked at he had most all the facts which made it easier to narrow down a buy. I didn’t feel pressured we looked at several models. I do recommend Ethan as he tried to cover all the bases with price, options, and comfort. Ethan arranged a free oil change for our 2017 Highlander XLE at Keith Pierson’s service department so I could experience and meet Adam one of the service advisors which was also a pleasant experience. Mr.Campbell in finance was very enjoyable to deal and talk to he explained our different options to us with no pressure I did have to go back after the sale to make a change financially. Mr.Campbell was very helpful and showed much patience in this matter and I thank him for his helpful demeanor. Rick Josey. More
