I spoke to Mett before going to this dealership. I told him the payment that I was willing to pay. I gave him all of my information and he supposedly ran the numbers and advised me that he had 4 veh I told him the payment that I was willing to pay. I gave him all of my information and he supposedly ran the numbers and advised me that he had 4 vehicles that would definitely fit that payment...his words were "No Problem...we can do that!!!. Once I arrived., we looked at the cars that I had to choose from, I chose the one that I liked and after waiting for well over an hour was told that the payments would be 200 dollars more than what I was told. I could understand if I hadn't gave him my info, then they would be able to say its dependent upon credit score etc, but he had that info. This was simply a deceptive sales tactic to get me there. Another customer who was there told me that she was done the same way, just be honest with people!! I still bought a vehicle but I don't feel good about it at all!! Beware!! I have 2 relatives that will be down next month specifically to buy two cars...They wanted brand new Hyundais, I need a upfront and trustworthy place to take them!! The way that I was treated here was so very unfair, you would think they would have given me a free oil change or something!! Lol, not funny at all! Deal with people like you would want them to deal with you!! That's 2 huge sales that they lost!!! More
