This has been by far the worst management staff i have ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I have placed several call into the dealerships, txt messaged my sales rep, each month and have yet to have a manager call me back or acknowledge the issues with my purchase. I have went as far as to reach out to the leadership on Linked in to get a response which did work for a manager that is no longer there. Beware, Beware, Beware, the Passat is working fine however the missing items and $$$ issues post sales would make me think twice before ever purchasing anything from any Keffer Dealership... More

When I purchased the car, they up charged some Keffer advantage with a bunch of useless stuff like roadside assistance. I don't need it, but I got it and then they required a market adjustment. now we advantage with a bunch of useless stuff like roadside assistance. I don't need it, but I got it and then they required a market adjustment. now we are getting water in the trunk. They cannot recreate the problem, tied the car up for two days and would not answer the phone. Finally, my wife went to get the car. Fast forward to today and again no one answering the phone. I went to get the car but only after I talked to a sales manager. Even the corporate lady suggested we go to another dealership. Do not use Keffer VW service. I now have a small dent on the underside of the passenger side and along the bottom guard's driver side paint is coming off. And FYI to all, I never saw any of the people listed for service below. It is unfortunate that I have to review this dealership because I like the sales lady I bought from twice. I bought 2 vehicles in 2 weeks there. First one was a new 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL and had small because I like the sales lady I bought from twice. I bought 2 vehicles in 2 weeks there. First one was a new 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL and had small issues with it and they took care of that BUT when I bought the second car was a used 2022 Volkswagen GTI Autobahn. That was a few issues as well THEY were a completely different dealership. First item had no engine cover because “it was under a recall” and the second item was the driver’s mirror had scratches. I don’t know if the detail dept didn’t clean it right but at night it shows up. On both items they refused to help me on even though the car is a “Certified Car”. They also charged me “Keffer Advantage” for items I never got. So would you shop there again?? NO. VERY DISAPPOINTED in dealership management. More

Moe and Brian are complete xxxxx and cheats. They shook hands on a deal for VW Tiguan (2021). I told them that I was in a rush and hence would come back next day to complete the paperwork.
