I drove past 2 other VW dealerships to come to this one, about 20 miles from my house. They worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Brett stayed in touch with me via email and phone. When I was ready to buy, I saw a new model CC on their website. Exactly what I wanted. But due to my job, I could not come back to the dealership to negotiate the price and discuss options. The folks at Keffer allowed our communications to take place via email and telephone. That was great and saved me time. So the next time I went to the dealership was to sign the papers. Thanks guys for your flexibility and dealing with my difficult work schedule and using technology at its best. More

The CC has a lot of electronic features. Brian and the staff has advised us that we can come back to them and get additional instructions with the CC features if needed.
