I went to service for a recall and a state inspection. This was the third visit on the recall. Evidently the part the car needs is unobtainable. Once the inspection was complete the service person said I was good and gave me my keys. My car was not washed which struck me as unusual since the wash was working. About half way home, I glanced at the state inspection form and noticed the car failed. It’s a 2022 that I purchased at this dealership. The service person didn’t mention it at all. In my mind that is an absolute fail on the dealership’s part. More

Salesperson was nice and friendly. Very helpful. But the nearly $3,000 protection package was a hard no for me. Another thing I found very annoying. There was a black Tesla par Very helpful. It was there the entire time I was there so I am assuming it was an employee. As a person the takes handicapped people to their appointments on a daily basis, I found this very wrong. I don't care if it is a car dealership, it is still a HANDICAPPED space! More
Place was very clean. Salesperson was outstanding. It took a little longer than I had expected but the weather was awful so I wasn’t in any hurry. Rob is a great employee but the employees shouldn't be forced to upsell things you don't want or need. A extra 2000.00 plus a extra 3000.00 added on to the price listed plus exorbitant finance charges. Un forced to upsell things you don't want or need. Drove car I just bought off lot with gas light on, cracked windshield that wasn't mentioned on Carfax and they didn't even check the fluids. No washer fluid at all in pollen season. Something like acrylic glue spot on one door. Car was supposedly detailed but halfway job. I felt sorry for Rob he worked very hard to help me get the car I wanted from Carfax. It's not his fault I ended up being there for hours. If you decide to shop here plan on an extra 5k and don't go on a Saturday unless you have all day to waste. More

Would not recommend it and will definitely never be purchasing a vehicle from them again. They lied about multiple things in order to make the sale. Promised to fix a broken headlight as soon as possible, then attempted to lie and say it was never promised (I bugged them so much that they ended up repairing it). They also lied about our warranty coverage that they added onto the vehicle purchase (the warranty provider directly told me the coverage does nothing to cover electric vehicles). They CONSTANTLY dodge phone calls. I had to physically drive to their location and demand to speak to someone in order to get my issues addressed. Absolutely shady business practice. I just wonder why it's necessary to practice business like this, when you could just do it well and probably get even more business. I hope the absolute worst for this business. They should not be operating at ALL. I will say the only person that was DECENT was Brandon (finance department). He at least had some xxxxx to sit down and talk about the issues I was having--whereas everyone else ducked phone calls and ran away whenever I walked in. My SALES REP wouldn't even answer a text - scary. Also their service department was great. They took care of my service quickly and efficiently. They also answered calls and weren't afraid to speak to customers like the sales department was. Everyone else sucks and should look into other jobs. More
