Keffer Volkswagen responded

Before this customer completed the purchase of the Porsche Panamera a previous customer was able to obtain financing. As we had not received confirmation of payment we allowed the first customer to purchase this vehicle, as was fair. "Cpettie's" call to this dealership was returned within the hour by our general sales manager Dewayne Noble. On a recorded line the customer made verbal threats to Mr. Noble. We have filed a police report and will turn over his recording to local law enforcement for prosecution. We have been advised not to contact or return any calls from this individual. I pride myself on returning every call made to me and to work with any customer with a concern. We have a BBB rating of A+ and a Dealer Rater score of 4.7 out of 5.0 after this rating. I believe this speaks to our professionalism. The phone call and threats received do not reflect any degree of professionalism however.

I'm very intrigued about hearing the said recording with the authorities lol. Just own up to your dishonesty as any other dealership would if they mistreated a customer. Day 1, I should have notified that the vehicle was already sold, that's common sense. Oh and speaking of recordings.... I do have legitimate text messages from a certain salesman that works there who also believes this was very bad business practice. And I quote "I'm embarrassed and we deserve bad reviews". I could post the screenshot and incoming number if need be. I won't be that petty as some who try to make up a threatening story to use as defamation of character instead of owning up to your deceitfulness.
