He was extremly helpful and knows his product well. We have had some other unfortunate experiences at other dealerships.. ..but this dealership by far passes all expectations and placed us at eaze. Chad is a great assest to Keffer. Elite was very reassuring and Randy in finance helped answers ALL our questions. Excellent employees that should be commended. I highly recommended Keffer to anyone. Excellent Service for Maintenance Arrived right on time for my Saturday morning apartment and was promptly greeted by Nick who took my car and directed me to Chris to check in. The guest lounge is fantastic and extremely comfortable to wait for the team to complete the service -- not that I waited long. Chris and Nick got me out of the door in about an hour for some routine maintenance which is what I expected to wait. The service at Keffer Mazda always keeps me coming back and this time was no different. Anyone needing to get their Mazda serviced should schedule an appointment at Keffer Mazda ASAP! More

I even dropped in on them 5 minutes before close with a flat tire and Jay was kind enough to take care of it (when he really didn't have to.) Another noteworthy experience was when Donnell, a service tech, stayed late on a Saturday to help me put my roof rack on my new M3 in the freezing cold. All around good guys that are there to help! More

Excellent Service after I realized there was a problem with a used car I purchased Keffer Mazda personnel assured me that the problem will be taken care off and that I after I realized there was a problem with a used car I purchased Keffer Mazda personnel assured me that the problem will be taken care off and that I should expect a call to schedule service. before end of day I got a call from Chris Brannon who was very friendly and considerate about my problem, he did arrange a loaner for me immediately and assured me that my issue represented a priority for him and the dealership. He did mention that timing depends on the availability of the part; however he did his best and within 24 hour I was already in my car riding it. Not only that, Chris also took the initiative to call me the very next day just to follow up and make sure everything is fine. That is what I call supreme customer service. More

Service and oil change I arrived on time and Chris Beannon was ready for me. I had requested a ride to near by shopping mall and instead offered me a car for an hour or so. Before I left they had done a quick check and found I needed a front end wheel alignment quoted me the price I agreed and off I went. It was great I was able to get my hair cut and go to the grocery store and back in a couple of hours. When I came back a young man transferred my groceries from the loaner to my car. That's what I call service. I forgot they did a complimentary car wash it looks great More
