Completely Clueless, will not return! I have an out of state vehicle which requires an annual North Carolina Inspection. On 06/7/18 I brought my Mazda 6 in to have the inspection done. E I have an out of state vehicle which requires an annual North Carolina Inspection. On 06/7/18 I brought my Mazda 6 in to have the inspection done. Everything was fine with the vehicle, with the exception of the failed tires. I was instructed to order them in advance and make an appointment to come back and have it completed. On 06/14/18 I called and spoke with a service associate to have the tires ordered as well as schedule the appointment. The appointment was made for Saturday 06/16/18 at 12pm. I was called in to work Saturday, so my mom was sent in my place to the appointment. She arrived before the scheduled time, checking in the vehicle with the associates. The tires were taken off the vehicle only for her to find out that the service could not be performed. The associates exact words were we are sorry, the tires were sent back but you can come back next Saturday. As a customer I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received. The gas and time were unnecessarily wasted driving to a SCHEDULED appointment. We are all human and make mistakes, however the way its corrected makes the difference. Common courtesy would have been to call prior and inform that an error occurred, and a reschedule would be made. I have yet to receive a call, or any form of communication from the service department, which is a poor representation of Mazda. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future endeavors or recommending it for that matter. More
I will never go back!!!! 2 1/2 months after purchasing a "Certified Pre-Owned" CX-5, I took my vehicle in for 40,000 mile servicing. No problems, just expecting more or less 2 1/2 months after purchasing a "Certified Pre-Owned" CX-5, I took my vehicle in for 40,000 mile servicing. No problems, just expecting more or less a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised with notice of rear brake issues and leaking gasket cover. Being totally caught off guard, I went ahead with the repairs. I informed the service assistant that this was a recent purchase and that I had purchased the additional "wrap-around' warranty, but he just kept going and never even looked into possible coverage. Looking back and after talking to the service manager of the Mazda dealership where I purchased the vehicle ... I feel taken advantage of. I honestly feel that I paid for services that were not necessary. UNETHICAL!!!!! And as icing on the cake ... I waited for 5 hours. My appointment was 1145am and I left at 5pm. Not once was I offered a courtesy shuttle or vehicle as advertised. This is my first Mazda and although I enjoy the CX-5, after this "Mazda Experience", I am considering getting rid of the vehicle. "Shame on you!", Keffer Mazda. More

They resurrected an oldie I took my new 2017 CX9 with 12k miles in for an oil change. While waiting I was shown my almost clean air filters and told they were dirty. Car is gar I took my new 2017 CX9 with 12k miles in for an oil change. While waiting I was shown my almost clean air filters and told they were dirty. Car is garaged and 99.99% driven on normal paved roads. Seems like they resurrected the old dirty air filter scam. I wonder when they see gray hair they also see an easy score!!!! Mazda manual recommends replacement at almost 3 times my currrnt mileage. More
Tried to sell a "bill of goods" I went in to have an oil change done, and to have them look at my brakes because of vibration in the steering wheel. This was a Certified Pre-owned M I went in to have an oil change done, and to have them look at my brakes because of vibration in the steering wheel. This was a Certified Pre-owned Mazda6 that I purchased at the dealership three months prior. I am somewhat knowledgeable about car maintenance and was shocked at what I was told was needed. They said that the rotors were warped and they were too "thin" to be machined, (although they would do it) and could be a problem down the line. Said all four rotors really needed to be totally replaced and pads needed replaced....which would have been very costly!!. Now, this car was purchased with a little over 12,000 miles on it, so it is a 99% probability that it still has original brakes and rotors. So why was I told that the rotors were too thin, when they probably have never been touched? So I told them NO to the repair job. I then went to two other reputable repair shops with brake expertise that same day, asking them to inspect what was going on. Both said that the front brakes needed work (which I assumed since my steering wheel was giving me the vibration). They inspected the rear, and both said the rear was fine and had plenty of life in the pads (about 10,000 miles). I asked them again about the rears and was again told that the rear was fine. (one shop even gave me photos of all the brakes). Bottom line is I had the fronts fixed and it costed me significantly less than what Keffer was trying to get out of me. Also, the oil change I had the original appointment for took almost 2 hours, and a previous visit to have just the tires rotated took over an hour. I will not be going back to Keffer Mazda, and I won't recommend them to anybody that I know. More
Bad business, lots of lies Had really bad experience with this dealership. They sold me Xilon protection, and said I can get it done at any dealership, which was not true, and a Had really bad experience with this dealership. They sold me Xilon protection, and said I can get it done at any dealership, which was not true, and after sending me through various dealerships in my town, even lying about appointments set!!! it took over a month of constant calling and frustration to get a refund. They also added Mazda maintenance plan without presenting it as an option, and asured me that it would work at any Mazda dealership. Which was a lie too. Very disappointed, and do not recommend them. Not good business practices. Yuri Carvalho was good sales man, but when problems came up, he did not have any knowledge, and relied on management, who just lied in anything they said More
