I don't know if this place hired new money hungry people or changed management. I felt extremely taken advantage of. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I have always brought my car here for oil changes or minor repairs and never once felt the way I did today. They were all very rude and very unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience today and I will tell everyone I know. More
Excellent service team and a friendly staff. They have helped me with several problems on my car over the past year. I called on Saturday and explained the problem I was having to Heather. She new exactly what I was talking about. She told me what they would do first and gave me an estimate of the cost. She was able to set me up with an appointmen at 8 Monday morning. I arrived a few minutes early and Heather was there waiting. I had several questions and she was able to explain exactly what they were going to do to correct the problem with my car. I really appreciate her knowledge and ability to communicate the details. I had forgotten to ask them to please vacumn the water from the carpet on the passenger floor, but when I did ask Heather, she said no problem, they would bring it back in and take care of that for me. The next thing I knew was Linda was telling me my car was ready and they had vacumn all the water out of the carpet. They were able to fix my car so I can run my AIR CONDITIONER and not have water flow into the carpet. And in the heat we are having here in Charlotte, what a blessing. This was such a positive experience and i can will definitley recommend this Service Department to others. I love my 2003 Galant and hope it last many more years. But when it is time to give her up I feel like if the Sales Department is anything like the Service Department, I will look there first for my second Galant. I took my 97 eclipse gst there to be serviced because it was not starting. I paid for them to diagnose the problem- i believe it was about $90. After diagnosing the issue the technician said it was my egnit was not starting. I paid for them to diagnose the problem- i believe it was about $90. After diagnosing the issue the technician said it was my egnition switch, so I paid for them to fix The problem. When they dropped the car off To me at work the inside was a mess! They have no pride in their work. All of my personal belongings that were in the center console were thrown in my back seat on top of having manuals to replace the part and old screws etc. scattered throughout my car. On top on that they had Told me my car would be ready to pick up by 1pm. I called them to check the progress and i was informed the tech that was working on my car would not even be in until 1pm to start the repairs.Then the next morning I stopped to get gas and my car would not start again! It was the same problem that I was having when I originally took my car into the shop. It turns out that the problem was actually my starter. The service manager was completely rude and not understanding at all! I had to have my car towed back to the shop at my expense and then had To wait around stranded until about 5 that evening. All of this because they misdiagnosed the problem To begin with. I tried talking to the service manager but all he had To say was that I would have to pay even more to get the problem fixed. The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen and I will NEVER for any reason return to this dealership! They are rude, unorganized, unprofessional and I even question whether or not the people that work there know what they are doing! Take your car here for repairs at your own risk!! More
