Making Sure Everything's Right I've brought my Montero to this dealership since the day I bought it. Even though it does not sell Mitsubishis anymore, they still service my vehicle I've brought my Montero to this dealership since the day I bought it. Even though it does not sell Mitsubishis anymore, they still service my vehicle and do a great job with it. After the latest service, I had an issue and Chris took it back and made sure it was 100% correct before giving it back to me. I also like that they now wash my car after every service. I will keep bringing my SUV here. More

Best customer service I have found ANYWHERE I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris and his team were friendly, extremely helpful, and patient in listening to me describe the car's problem. They fixed it quickly and completely. I was even more impressed, though, when it was time to settle up and I discovered that I had left my wallet at home. I never do this! Because I live across town from the dealership, Chris declined my offer to go home and get my wallet. Instead, he graciously waived the charge. Needless to say, even though the charge was small, I was embarrassed by my own carelessness. However, Chris was cool about it and made it clear that he was there to help. It's amazing that Keffer gives its people such leeway to take care of their customers--even when the customer goofs up the way I did! You can be sure my car will never be serviced by anyone else. (And I'm going back to pay for that repair!) More
Turnaround I didn't have the most pleasant experience with a gentleman at the Service Desk on Wednesday November 18. Apparently, the service area is closed for n I didn't have the most pleasant experience with a gentleman at the Service Desk on Wednesday November 18. Apparently, the service area is closed for new car service at 5 even though the the shop is open until 6. The news was not delivered well with the solution being for me to call the shop ahead of time. Though I understood what this gentleman was going for in terms of arriving to a solution, his delivery was not apologetic or caring. I drove 50 minutes to come to the shop and though I arrived at 5:10- I thought he did not appreciate my effort in trying to establish a good relationship as a customer. I decided to come back on Saturday and give the location a second chance. I spoke with the general manager Chris Wilkie about the experience and he gave a great response, I felt heard and actually became excited about some of the new expansion projects Keffer Mazda is undergoing. I also let him know Chris Brannon was a great example of how to offer customer service. I remember him from the last visit I had over a year ago. He is consistent in his service and honest yet personable in his communication. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, I need a great professional relationship established at the beginning to be a loyal, trusting customer. Kudos for turning a negative into a very positive experience. More
