He has been very good in describing any issues and in giving alternatives for small fixes to problems, and everyone has been very professional in explaining ideas with no expectation of me understanding cars as well as they do. They are a great group that don't create any intimidation, and I would imagine that other customers who, like me, are not particularly car-savvy and occasionally dread the interactions we've had elsewhere also appreciate the relaxed environment that they create. Mr. Brannon is very professional and courteous, with a warm understanding of the inconveniences of a car in need of service, and of the stress sometimes associated with a service call. In this current economy with a lot of businesses not caring about the customer, he's sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and courtesy. He's a pleasure. And the technicians were also very considerate and took measures to protect the interior. They were a great team. More

Great Experience I took my CX-5 in for its 10,000 mile service. The staff was extremely friendly. The advisor Chris Brannon and the technician determined that the key fobs were the problem and not the module and all I would have to do is replace the key fobs and everything would be working like it should. They were confident in their diagnostic that my problem was found the first time. Recommend Keffer Mazda to anyone ...... great job guys!! More

He knows me by name and is very good at clarifying what is to be done at each maintenance visit. I negotiated a 2 year maintenance deal with the sales dept when I purchased my CX 5. He has honored that and made my visits relaxed. Most car buyers know that what is negotiated at the sale may not actually come to pass when service is obtained. However, Mr. Brannon has made the experience a reality and a pleasure. I also am very happy with my Mazda. More
first visit with a ten year year old mazda 6 just moved to N.C. from NYS. Received a letter from Mazda reminding me to get the defective Tahata air bags replaced, at no charge. Quickly scheduled just moved to N.C. from NYS. Received a letter from Mazda reminding me to get the defective Tahata air bags replaced, at no charge. Quickly scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time and the car was immediately taken into the shop. Was told that the replacement should take no more than 75 minutes for both air bags. Job was done in 45 minutes. Chris at the front desk was polite, personable., and helpful. Best experience in a dealership since the early 70's. Yes the last century. More
