They don't come any better I cannot speak more highly of this entire dealership. My car is now 2 years old. From the first day of meeting Kenny Robinson, the only salesman along the entire Statesville Road strip of dealerships, who took my son seriously, when he walked in the door to buy a car for me right through to each service visit with either Jay Zimberg or Chris Brannon there are not enough complimentary adjectives to do everyone justice. Today's service was no exception and I would like to add a new name to the mix: Nick Azzara. He sat down with me, when my car was ready and explained (in layman's terms that I could understand) everything that was completed. That, combined with Chris' warm greeting and letting me know how long everything would take made for a most pleasant experience. I knew I was in excellent hands with Chris overseeing everything and I am so grateful to all. I cannot imagine anyone finding a more competent, caring dealership. Thank you all. Macky Miller More

Truly grateful for Keffer Mazda The dealership is great. I was in a credit bind when I bought my 2015 Mazda 3. They gave me a low APR% and low monthly payment. It doesn't stop there. I've had problems w/ my car due to an accident this past March. The lights. Things squeaking radiator etc...you name it I had it. There service writer Chris was very kind through the countless visits I've taken there and has guided me through of step and process on my vehicles repairs. Never coming back w/ the same problem because he made sure it's been resolved in a way Keffer is like family and they certainly treat you as such. Take a visit and test drive any new cars there. They drive like no other. More
Changed from a 1 star to a 5 star review I recently had my vehicle serviced at Keffer Mazda because there were some issues with my car. In short, I received a phone call stating there were go I recently had my vehicle serviced at Keffer Mazda because there were some issues with my car. In short, I received a phone call stating there were going to be 4 repairs to my vehicle which I approved. When I returned to the service department to pick up and pay for my repairs, they had added on repairs which I never approved. The service consultant went over the 9 jobs by quickly flipping the pages until the last page with the grand total. Granted these repairs were probably for the better, I just didn't know about them until I returned home and looked at my statement the next day. So the following day after service I sent a email concerning my problems with the lack of communication in an after service review email I received. The first thing the following morning a man by the name of Chris Brannon emailed and called me concerning my review. I told him I was just upset that they tech who called me hadn't stated that a few of the repairs on my bill were going to occur. I just wanted to inform him that I thought they could have at least told me. He said he understood and that he agreed that the tech should have told me. Like I said before, my car likely needed the repairs so I was okay they were still completed. But he went above and beyond. In the end of our conversation, he offered to buy back the repairs that they had completed on my vehicle which I didn't expect at all. This changed my view of this dealership. Originally, I thought they were out there just trying to scam people with petty repairs so they could make extra profit. Now I see that it was likely just a communication issue and that they do want every customer to leave happy. I appreciate what they did for me today and will likely be returning for future service. More

The new dealership and service area are very nicely designed and super-efficient for drop-off and pick-up. Chris Brannon was my service rep and he was professional and pleasant. Phenomenal Experience Over the many years I've been to a million service departments. Ups and downs, knowledgeable people to first day employees. I recently relocated to Huntersville and needed to service my car. I called my new local Mazda service department and spoke with Chris, a service advisor. He seemed both knowledgeable and pleasant. He set up my next service appointment at the day and time I requested. I brought my car in for its general service and again spoke to Chris who I had made the appointment with. To my surprise he was even more knowledgeable and respectful than I had first thought over the phone (you know how some advisors can be!). He told me one hour and it was done in 45 minutes. Because of Chris's knowledge and honesty I will only come to Keffer Mazda to get service done. On top of that, again because of a Chris I will be purchasing a new car soon and for sure it will be at Keffer Mazda. Great job Chris! Thanks again! More
