Brian was a huge help in exploring Mazda for the first time and answering all the questions that my family and I had, as I had never looked into this make of vehicle before. He was also very patient with time and answering all the questions that my family and I had, as I had never looked into this make of vehicle before. He was also very patient with me as I explored all of my options, test-drove multiple vehicles, etc. Lastly, Brian went above and beyond during my setup process to ensure everything about the car was 100% to my liking when I drove off the lot, and also ensured that I could come back to get a missing piece and get the car detailed since they didn't have time to do it the night prior when I purchased. Hats off to Brian for all of his help in the process. I had a good overall experience with Keffer Mazda, but was admittedly a bit frustrated during the financing conversation. I felt like I had to continue to ask (and wait) to have an understanding of what my final monthly payment would be on the vehicle. I understand that there are a lot of factors that go into this, but I wasn't comfortable with signing paperwork or having conversations like I already owned the vehicle until I had a strong and accurate understanding of a final payment. I felt rushed to begin other parts of the process (such as setting up the Mazda app, giving my credit card over to make my down payment, etc) before we could really get to the crux of the matter of what my actual payment would be. After I verbalized this (a couple of times) to the team, I believe they were able to help me more effectively, and overall the experience ended as a positive one. Compared to previous car buying experiences, the financing piece of this one just felt a bit more scattered at the beginning than I would have hoped. But again, my experience ended as a positive one and I would consider purchasing a vehicle with Keffer Mazda in Huntersville again. More
