He was committed throughout, helpful, and did everything he could to help me achieve my requests. David is friendly, funny and attentive. I made two trips from SC to the dealership to get this car and he did everything he could to make my time worthwhile. The dealership itself to me only deserves 3 stars. There's an imbalance of authority and cooperation between departments to help close sales with full understanding for the customer. I found myself confused and David unable to assist with certain things or answer certain questions because of their policies to require salespersons defer buyers to other departments or not interject "out of turn". David was very capable and could have helped me even more if he was permitted to do so. At 21 years old, my minimal purchasing experience caused me to not always know which questions to ask, and I believe the financing department should have been more forthcoming with details and explanations than they were. Please bring a friend or family member with extensive knowledge to assist you in the buying process at this dealership. More
