Travis was a very persistent salesperson. He did everything he could to meet my requests for the car I wanted and to work out the costs for me to walk away with the car. I clearly understand that the dealership does not want to take a loss on a car or not make a profit. Integrity, however, is very important to me and I am sure it is to other customers. So for the General Sales Manager to constantly tell me what he could not do and then constantly turn around and do the very thing that he said he could not do was really disheartening. It really puts a bad light on Travis who was actually an excellent salesperson. I would recommend others because of the great price and for the customer service that Travis provided to me during the experience. It would really behoove the dealership to send the general sales manager to further training to ensure customer satisfaction. More

I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Keffer.There was none of the high pressure sales approach I found at other dealers. Sandy obtained exactly the 2010 Outlander XLS I wanted in a days time and gave me a good deal on the car as well as my trade-in. A few days after the sale I went to purchase some accessories and found Mike in the parts department equally helpful and knowledgeable. More

I had shopped around at several dealerships for a used BMW. I had a specific model and color in mind but I wasn't completely happy with the customer service I received elsewhere. I finally stopped by Keff BMW. I had a specific model and color in mind but I wasn't completely happy with the customer service I received elsewhere. I finally stopped by Keffer Select and I was quite suprised with how well I was treated and the selection of vehicles to choose from. I really could have saved alot time if I had gone there first but now I definitely know next time I am looking at buying a used car I will first go to Keffer. Everyone was really easy to work with and I really felt appreciated as a customer to their company. Thank you guys at Keffer Select! You are my number one! More
