First i was told i couldnt have the car i wanted, then i was called and emailed each day, i finally decided to go back and I drove my "new to me" car paying $1000 more than I intended CASH! I still owed $30 was called and emailed each day, i finally decided to go back and I drove my "new to me" car paying $1000 more than I intended CASH! I still owed $300 when I left and this dealership called me everyday single day about it. Not only that but a down payment of $2500 you would think the sales person would be a little more understanding. Then to top it all off the plates they put on my car were reported stolen... and they tell me because I owe $150 they have held my actual plates from the DMV. I'm not sure I want to recommend any of my friends to be subjected to this type of treatment. More

The dealership itself gave us a great deal on a car and even though we are experiencing some issues with the vehicle the dealership experience is more than worth it. I called Sandy Dobbs this morning and spoke to her about coming in to buy a car. She was very helpful on the phone and gave me an appt time for the same day. When I arrived Sandy was still with a previous customer and told me she was running a little behind and did I want to be taken care of by another person so i wouldn't have to wait. I told her no that I would wait for her to be finished with the customer she was with. And boy am I glad I did! She was very helpful and established a great rapport with me right away. I felt very comfortable with her. I felt she was honest and forthcoming about all aspects of the deal. She kept working with me until she got the deal where I wanted it. I will h ave to say that it has been the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars. I also would like to thank David, the Finance Manager for understanding my "bottom line" and working with me to reach that goal.
