I called on Saturday and explained the problem I was having to Heather. She new exactly what I was talking about. She told me what they would do first and gave me an estimate of the cost. She was able to set me up with an appointmen at 8 Monday morning. I arrived a few minutes early and Heather was there waiting. I had several questions and she was able to explain exactly what they were going to do to correct the problem with my car. I really appreciate her knowledge and ability to communicate the details. I had forgotten to ask them to please vacumn the water from the carpet on the passenger floor, but when I did ask Heather, she said no problem, they would bring it back in and take care of that for me. The next thing I knew was Linda was telling me my car was ready and they had vacumn all the water out of the carpet. They were able to fix my car so I can run my AIR CONDITIONER and not have water flow into the carpet. And in the heat we are having here in Charlotte, what a blessing. This was such a positive experience and i can will definitley recommend this Service Department to others. I love my 2003 Galant and hope it last many more years. But when it is time to give her up I feel like if the Sales Department is anything like the Service Department, I will look there first for my second Galant. I was matched with Keffer Mitsubishi from Road Loans.com. I called and spoke with JC, he was very friedly and curtious. I went there with limited price range and JC worked very hard to find me a car that I w I called and spoke with JC, he was very friedly and curtious. I went there with limited price range and JC worked very hard to find me a car that I would like and could afford. The process was very simple. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and I only had to put a small amount of cash down. They also let me keep the new tires from my trade in and even put them on my new car. One week after I drove the car the service engine soon light came on and the temp. gaugage was reading a little to hot. I took it to the local auto parts store to see if they could find what was making it come on. The tech hooked my cr up to the machine and 2 codes came up. One code for an emissions problem and one for the cooling system. I took my car back to Keffer and they said it was the radiator cap that was not on tight enough and they cleared the codes and the light went off. I drove the car home and it is still heating just a litle to much. I called and spoke to a customer service person , I explained what was going on and he said to bring it back in. I took the car back in and showed them that the car is not cooling right. My owners manual says the thermostat should open at 195 and it is heating to 210. The service women that looked at my car was very rude to me. She just acted like there was nothing wrong. She completly egnored me, when I was standing right in front of her. She never made eye contact and made a comment to the machanic that she was not just going to throw parts on a car that there is nothing wrong. I told her I did not like her attitude, then she went and got the sales manager and he was very condisending to me. He said, she told him I had the attitude first and I told him what she had said and I did not like how she treated me. He throw it in my face that I signed a paper stating that there was no warrenty on the car. He said they would fix the problem, but at a dicounted price. I said no they would not touch my car I would go some where else. I would not ever buy anything else from this dealership, nor would I recommend any one else. They where all nice to me when they wanted my money. More

I took my 97 eclipse gst there to be serviced because it was not starting. I paid for them to diagnose the problem- i believe it was about $90. After diagnosing the issue the technician said it was my egnition switch, so I paid for them to fix The problem. When they dropped the car off To me at work the inside was a mess! They have no pride in their work. All of my personal belongings that were in the center console were thrown in my back seat on top of having manuals to replace the part and old screws etc. scattered throughout my car. On top on that they had Told me my car would be ready to pick up by 1pm. I called them to check the progress and i was informed the tech that was working on my car would not even be in until 1pm to start the repairs.Then the next morning I stopped to get gas and my car would not start again! It was the same problem that I was having when I originally took my car into the shop. It turns out that the problem was actually my starter. The service manager was completely rude and not understanding at all! I had to have my car towed back to the shop at my expense and then had To wait around stranded until about 5 that evening. All of this because they misdiagnosed the problem To begin with. I tried talking to the service manager but all he had To say was that I would have to pay even more to get the problem fixed. The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen and I will NEVER for any reason return to this dealership! They are rude, unorganized, unprofessional and I even question whether or not the people that work there know what they are doing! Take your car here for repairs at your own risk!! More
