AFTER AN ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH MY LOCAL MITSUBISHI DEALER (WHO WOULD NOT ADJUST PRICING TO MY LIKING) I GOT ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THE WEBSITE FOR KEFFER. THIS WAS A VERY EASY SITE TO NAVIGATE AND GAVE M (WHO WOULD NOT ADJUST PRICING TO MY LIKING) I GOT ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THE WEBSITE FOR KEFFER. THIS WAS A VERY EASY SITE TO NAVIGATE AND GAVE ME ALL OF THE INFO.I NEEDED TO START THE PURCHASE PROCESS. FIRST LET ME START BY STATING THAT I AM A.S.E. CERTIFIED SERVICE MANAGER/SERVICE DIRECTOR WITH 37 YEARS OF DEALERSHIP AND AUTO MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE. I OWNED A 2007 OUTLANDER AND ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, ONLY NORMAL MAINTENANCE AND ONE FRONT BRAKE SERVICE WE DROVE APPROX. 80.000 MILES AND WANTED ANOTHER. NOW FOR THE EXPERIENCE WITH KEFFER. I CONTACTED THE SALES DEPARTMENT BY E-MAIL AND WAS E-MAILED AND CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY BY WILL MARTIN. HE WAS A VERY HELPFUL SALES ASSOCIATE ALWAYS RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS AND NEVER TRYING TO CHANGE ANYTHING PREVIOUSLY STATED. THE DEAL WAS PUT TOGETHER TO MY LIKING, FINANCED BY (SANDY) ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND DELIVERED BY YOUR DRVER (JOE) ALL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OUR 1ST CONTACT. YOUR DEALERSHIP SHOWS ALL OF THE QUALITIES THAT BUSINESSES STRIVE FOR BUT ONLY A FEW ACHIEVE.I ONLY WISH I WAS GOING TO BE IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA TO PERSONALLY THANK EVERYONE FOR THIS GREAT BUING EXPERIENCE OF AN EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT. From the first time we walked up to the door Deric made us feel more than welcome. We were there just to browse and check out many vehicles that day that we had found around the area. What impressed us was the fact that Deric never once pressured us in any way. He was there for us to ask questions and if he didn't know something he made sure he found out. Polite and treated us with respect. Deric is an asset to the team there for sure. The dealership itself gave us a great deal on a car and even though we are experiencing some issues with the vehicle the dealership experience is more than worth it. I called Sandy Dobbs this morning and spoke to her about coming in to buy a car. She was very helpful on the phone and gave me an appt time for the same day. When I arrived Sandy was still with a previous customer and told me she was running a little behind and did I want to be taken care of by another person so i wouldn't have to wait. I told her no that I would wait for her to be finished with the customer she was with. And boy am I glad I did! She was very helpful and established a great rapport with me right away. I felt very comfortable with her. I felt she was honest and forthcoming about all aspects of the deal. She kept working with me until she got the deal where I wanted it. I will h ave to say that it has been the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars. I also would like to thank David, the Finance Manager for understanding my "bottom line" and working with me to reach that goal. All and all it was a wonderful experience to buy a car at Keffer Mitsubishi today. More
