Daniel Faria (Manager) also helped us in making our decision, by pointing out both the pros and cons of the other car we were considering. This helped us to make an informative decision about which car would work best for us. Randy (finance person) took the time to explain the additional options (extended warranty, paint protection, Gap Insurance, etc), but did not pressure us into buying something we did not want. Best used car experience I located a used Toyota Camry on autotrader from this dealership and was immediately contacted. Upon speaking with them and informing them of my trade I located a used Toyota Camry on autotrader from this dealership and was immediately contacted. Upon speaking with them and informing them of my trade in condition, mileage, and pictures they were able to give me a ballpark range of where I stood in that condition. Being that the dealership was 4 hours from my house we worked a deal on the phone and upon arriving all the paperwork was ready. The car was exactly as described and the experience of service from them was above and beyond. The purchase took me no more than a hour or so and I was out the door with my new car. Highly recommend them!!! More
