But most of all I was impressed that he didn't pressure me to buy. I made an appointment with him later that week. Unfortunately, he was not able to come in that day, but that allowed me to work with multiple wonderful people that work at Keffer Mazda. From Louis who let me test drive 3 cars over the course of an hour, to Mark who made the haggling process very easy since his price was the best in the area, to Daniel who went through the financial paperwork with me, every single person I interacted with was very professional and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Great car at a fair price I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 this past Memorial Day. The salesperson was Derrick who is no longer with the dealership. Derrick appeared to be a go- I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 this past Memorial Day. The salesperson was Derrick who is no longer with the dealership. Derrick appeared to be a go-getter. He worked out a reasonable deal with us to include touch up paint, 2 years of service and an extra key. When I returned for my paint touchup and to pick up my key, I was told that Derrick made promises that were not documented. Although this was the case, the dealership still worked with me to honor these agreements. I love the vehicle and all the features. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More
