Jacksonville to Charlotte in 2 days I went into Keffer Mazda on a Monday morning, told the people what I wanted (Owner Gabe Faria and Sales Manager Mark Young) what I wanted (a 2015 Mazd I went into Keffer Mazda on a Monday morning, told the people what I wanted (Owner Gabe Faria and Sales Manager Mark Young) what I wanted (a 2015 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring hatchback with manual transmission in Soul Red). They had one on order and it was still at the port in Jacksonville. Gabe called up someone and asked them to fast track the car, and it got in that Wednesday afternoon! The car is unspeakably beautiful, the driving experience the same, and the people at Keffer Mazda, and lets not leave out financing, were a real pleasure to do business with. More

This was the first time that I purchased a car all by myself from researching cars to signing the papers. I am a young female and never felt the need to bring in my husband to make sure I wasn't getting pushed over. Its not the typical dealership experience with high pressure sales. EVERYONE that I interacted with was very friendly, funny, genuine and laid back. I had it narrowed down to the CX-5 or an Altima and ultimately chose Mazda because of the way I was treated at Keffer. Sean was a trooper to handle my indecisiveness and millions of questions. Sean Daly, Gabriel and Dan Faria, and John Jenkins are just a few of the employees who were so awesome to work with. It was a lot of little things but you boys from Massachusetts have figured out how customers should and deserve to be treated. I will most definitely recommend you to my friends and family! More
