Pleasant to speak with and not pushy. We went home did some further research and decided to make the purchase from Donnie. Process went smoothly. We had a trailer hitch added after the purchase at the service department of the dealership and that went well also. Highly recommend Donnie and the dealership. A pleasant car buying experience.
