I was not planning on buying the car that day, and I did not feel pressured to do so either, which was a welcome experience. I came back about a week later to purchase the car and Kenny had everything ready to go for me and made it a very easy experience and answered all of my questions or found the answers if he didn't know personally. Surprisingly Painless, Rather Enjoyable I came in to look at a car, which I hate to do because I hate being pressured into doing something. Daniel Faria (Manager) also helped us in making our decision, by pointing out both the pros and cons of the other car we were considering. This helped us to make an informative decision about which car would work best for us. Randy (finance person) took the time to explain the additional options (extended warranty, paint protection, Gap Insurance, etc), but did not pressure us into buying something we did not want.
