Bad experience I want to start by saying that I don't have any complaint with the salesmen helping us(Donnie)he did a great job. However our issue started when we noticed the first time (right after we left the dealer) we try to pump gas that something was wrong with the gas pump or something because it will not let us pump gas, so we had to return it right away for service. It's been almost three weeks and they haven't fix it. They didn't even bother to give us a complementary car mean while. When I try to get in contact with one of the manager either they don't return my call or they hang up on me. More

My new Mazda 3 This, is a great dealership. I arrived and browsed the parking lot in search of my new car. I wasn't swarmed by salesman like most dealers. I decided This, is a great dealership. I decided i like the Mazda 3's and went inside, and right away i was greeted and told to make my self comfortable, i was offered coffee and snacks and then Kenny came out and basically said, If you want a car i will make it happen. The experience with Kenny was top notch. He knew everything about the Mazda 3 (he drives one), and till this day he is still offering me help with any questions i may have. He did everything he could to speed up the time it takes to purchase a new car. He even offer to pay to my insurance out of his pocket, since i had no money on me at the time. We worked out, the gesture was very nice and he didn't have to offer. Buy all your cars from Kenny, especially if you want a Mazda 3. More

We felt that Donnie did a great job and we were very happy (so far) with the car we purchased today. The manager offered our 10 year old son $50 if he got his parents to purchase this car, which we did, but he did not follow through. We feel this is poor business practice,and if a manager offers such an incentive to a child, he should be ready to follow through. If he sent the $50 in the mail, we apologize for our comments herein. We know the Honda CRV is a reliable car and we hope to have many good years with this car. More

Smooth and pleasant I really liked my experience here beacause everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and totally not pushy or pressuring in any way. The exerpience was relaxed and not overly formal. I had many, many questions for my salesman, and he answered all of them paitently and was honest even in areas where it might have been more status quo for him to sweeten the truth a bit. I feel I got a good deal and they offered several little extra promotions (gift cards, etc) to make the sale even more appealing. Even though the office is small and it seems like they have a few people doing multiple jobs, we were able to get the sale approved and the finacing done in record time. My last purchase was from a much larger dealership and that processing took forever by comparison. I was also very happy here with financing. I told the guy up front I was not interested in any add on products and he honored that with no argument and did not try to hard sell me on anything -- we just signed the paperwork in 5 or 10 minutes time and that was that. There building may not look as slick or new as many other dealerships (they're working on a new location) but I would gladly take their relaxed and friendly approach over an expensive, high-tech building any day of the week. More

Showed up at scheduled time checked in with no drama sat down in the clean waiting area and within 30 minutes was on my way. No pressure to add unnecessary crap and no hidden costs, I'll be back for sure. More
