It has been a long time since I went looking for a new car. I found my sales representative Kenny Robinson to be most friendly and approachable. He listened to what I was important to me, and did his very best to understand what would make me happy. He knows the features of the CX-5, and how this 2016 model has significant improvements over the 2015 vehicle. Jenna was very helpful as their internet customer service rep. Kenny and the dealership believe in transparency, openness, and customer service. It was an excellent experience from walking in the door, to driving away with my new CX-5. More
A typical "Bait and switch" dealer Settled on a out the door price which was to include tax tag title and any other added fees to the price, hands were shook, a little quick talk over t Settled on a out the door price which was to include tax tag title and any other added fees to the price, hands were shook, a little quick talk over the paperwork and shazaam they rolled our trade into the out the door price and which in return gave us $0.00 for our trade in when in fact it should have added to the BIG cash down payment made, granted the trade wasn't a whole lot but, when I talked to many other dealers about the incident, they ALL said its not illegal but it is unethical to roll the trade value in to the agreed price. Gabriel, when I talked to him on the phone about this he clearly stated " you can show me your numbers all day long and will not make any sense to me, I do these number all the time and the calculations are correct" I got the same from Chris the finance manager as well as Lowell, They knew they cheated us and got caught and there only thing the could say was you signed the paperwork it is a done deal. Gabriel wouldn't even call us back, we stopped to see him and he suddenly left out for some conference call for 3 hours, Now it is clear on how Gabriel and his team was able to turn this failing dealership around in 13-14 months to the point of getting ready to build a new one down the street. I would really like to talk to Jim Keffer about this whole deal, CUSTMERS BE CAREFUL AND CHECK OVER ALL PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING, NC. DOES NOT HAVE A 3 DAY GRACE, ONCE YOU SIGN ITS YOURS. He was so easy to work with and extremely helpful with the entire process. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and it was less stressful than I thought it'd ever be. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Mazda 3 that I can't get enough of, and neither can anyone on the streets. And shout out to the rest of the sales reps, including Gabriel, at the dealership for being incredibly helpful and trustworthy. Definitely recommend Kenny and this dealership to anyone. The 5 star rating is not an exaggeration- you won't be disappointed. More

Awesome Pulled in and saw the new white 2016 Mazda 6 and had to get it. The staff was awesome and even got me a Sky Activ Golf Shirt.
