Excellent Service I bought my car from Keffer about 4 months ago. Had a slight brake squeak. Made an appointment with Chris Brannon to get this fixed. Brought it in, talked with Chris and Adam about my car and the issues I was having. They took care of the issues in a super timely manner. Never had this kind of service before. Straight forward and honest. I walked in to this dealership twice before buying my used 2014 Mazda. The first i was just looking at the sizes of them and told them that. They just showed me the cars I was interested in and we chatted about them. Then I left. I then Spoke with internet sells to find a car I would like to test drive and we set up a time to do that. The GM called me and I told him I wasn't going to buy a car that day, he said that was perfectly fine but that he was going to give me a really great deal, if I wanted I could take it if not then I could leave with no hasseling. He did just that. I could have left at any time after my test drive but after the deal he presented me with I indeed could not refuse the car. I drove away with a new car that day. More

I know, without a doubt, that they work on my vehicle with my best interest in mind. I absolutely recommend this location for any service you might need, these guys ROCK! Swift and stress free. I've spent a considerable amount to time researching different vehicles, you name it from Acura to Volvo and everything in between. I was in contact with someone a few days beforehand but having a hectic schedule I got the time to go few days ealry. So take a quick look on the lot before I walk in to the show room. This being my first new car I was more then a little nervous and stressed. I take a look around the car in the showroom and more or less wait for someone to see if I needed help. The gentleman was Dale Denny. I told him about the car and he made sure it was still in stock and we went to take a look. The car had a wonderful feeling to it, but the main reason why I chose Keffer, was Dale. He took a lot of the stress of the entire experience. He made me comfortable about the car and addressed any questions and concerns I had. More

Everyone I dealt with from the salesman, Sean Daly, to the sales manager were excellent and I truly felt they were on my side through the whole process. I spoke with several Mazda dealerships in the Charlotte area and Keffer was not only the lowest priced, but hands down the easiest to work with.
