Mazda 3 Purchase Dealer had very good inventory of model during end of model sale with special financing. Test drive and dealing went about the average time of 1.5 ho Dealer had very good inventory of model during end of model sale with special financing. Test drive and dealing went about the average time of 1.5 hours from my experience. Had the same experience at the neighboring Ford dealer after I left the Mazda dealer. Went back to Mazda for a follow up drive to make sure it was all we expected and the dealer had one ready when we arrived. Picked a car from inventory and arranged financing. Second visit took about 2 hours until we drove off in our new car. About normal for a purchase from inventory even though it was an end of the month Saturday. More

Infinity worth of fun My wife and I stopped by the dealer to take a look at an Infinity G37. We didn't plan on purchasing the car, just to test drive. Kenny Robinson was My wife and I stopped by the dealer to take a look at an Infinity G37. We didn't plan on purchasing the car, just to test drive. Kenny Robinson was our sales consulatant and was working on his day off. Quick and timely service The service I received was quick as scheduled. The service tech kept me informed of when my car would be ready kept me advised during the process. Other Mazda dealerships have gone above and beyond by giving my car a quick wash and vacuum before returning the car to me. This would have gone a long way for me to having me return to additional service. More

We originally had intended in purchasing a used vehicle, but by his creative thinking we purchased a new vehicle. He made it work for us and made us feel like people rather than a sale. Not just for kids but for the adults waiting while paper work is being created and etc. People can walk away from a car purchase thinking the process is long; however, A lasting impression should be utter boredom throughout the wait.
