I was never pressured to buy a car I didn't want and even when they found out I was using my bank as my lender, they didn't pressure me to finance with them - they were very respectful. Kenny took the time to show me all of the features of my new car and even helped me sync my phone and set up Favorites on my radio. I was very pleased and would recommend using this dealer for your new car purchasing! More

Service Department Attempted to Take Advantage of Me I have an issue with a dash light coming on for my Mazda 3. I told the person when I made the appointment that I wanted no further inspection. I was I have an issue with a dash light coming on for my Mazda 3. I told the person when I made the appointment that I wanted no further inspection. I was called and told that they had located an issue with the motor mount which had nothing to do with the reason I brought in the car for service. The invoice indicated that I requested a tire inspection and a brake inspection. NOT TRUE. Since I could not trust them to follow simple instructions and not look for additional things wrong with my car, I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. I went to two other mechanics in town and both CONFIRMED that there was no issue with the motor mount. So, in addition to not following my instructions, they also attempted to sell me something that I did not need. I will never take a car to them again. More

T We had a difficult time with a lemon law issue with a different brand and dealer. We came to Keffer very hesitant about ANY purchase of a new car. The team at Keffer was patient with my wife and I as we took several trips to the dealership to test drive and evaluate our options. Ultimately, we decided to go with Keffer Mazda because of the superior product and disposition of the sales staff. We were afforded every opportunity to ask questions and compare their dealership and product with their competition. The dealership is very transparent with everything they do, from the test drive all the way to financing. My rationale for the 4 stars of the quality of work stems from the car detail not being done to our liking. Upon purchase, there was still glue (from the new car wrapping) and water spots from the washing all over the car. We didn't bring it up as we were late for our anniversary dinner reservations but this is a small issue that is completely overshadowed by our otherwise amazing experience. We love our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 and look forward to being loyal Keffer Mazda customers moving forward! More

He pulled the car I was interested in around so that I could see it in person. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I had already looked at the CX-5 at different dealerships so I already knew about some of the features but JJ filled in all of the gaps and told me a lot about the car that some of the other dealers had forgotten to mention. He even encouraged that I go for another test drive, which was great! When it came down to business JJ was not pushy AT ALL and didn't play any games like some dealers are notorious for. After a little bit of talking we came to a price that both of us were happy with! I left knowing that I got a great deal on my car and my experience with John at Keffer Mazda was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Keffer Mazda and John Jenkins, in particular, to anyone! More

The reason I gave 3 stars for Quality of work was because I was disappointed with the Xzilon Evo + product / application or maybe I didn't fully understand what it was that I was purchasing. I was under the impression that a clear coat was applied to the exterior and the interior was also treated in some way for protection. It isn't evident this happened. More
