Jay, Chris and the entire service department put my mind, completely, at ease when I know they have checked out my car, during one of its routine physicals. I owe an extra thanks to Steve, who touched up my car to perfection after a boulder got in its way and did so for about 95% less than the cost of the highest bid. I cherish their honesty and their dedication to not simply selling a car to get it out of the showroom but to making certain the customer remains happy throughout the lifetime of the car. More

No hassle car buying experience again. I had one of our vehicles at Keffer for service, saw another car that my wife has been looking for. Went in and saw Mary, took the car to show my wife I had one of our vehicles at Keffer for service, saw another car that my wife has been looking for. Went in and saw Mary, took the car to show my wife and have her test drive. She loved it. Went back to the dealership, negotiated our price and drove the car away. The entire Keffer Mazda staff are friendly, and there is no pressure to choose something you do not want. Myself, my wife, and both of our daughters all drive vehicles from Keffer. Friendliest sales and finance personnel Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was as painless as any I've ever experienced. Very friendly, helpful people, from sales to finance.
