He pulled the car I was interested in around so that I could see it in person. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I had already looked at the CX-5 at different dealerships so I already knew about some of the features but JJ filled in all of the gaps and told me a lot about the car that some of the other dealers had forgotten to mention. He even encouraged that I go for another test drive, which was great! When it came down to business JJ was not pushy AT ALL and didn't play any games like some dealers are notorious for. After a little bit of talking we came to a price that both of us were happy with! I left knowing that I got a great deal on my car and my experience with John at Keffer Mazda was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Keffer Mazda and John Jenkins, in particular, to anyone! More

The reason I gave 3 stars for Quality of work was because I was disappointed with the Xzilon Evo + product / application or maybe I didn't fully understand what it was that I was purchasing. I was under the impression that a clear coat was applied to the exterior and the interior was also treated in some way for protection. It isn't evident this happened. More

Keffer was the only Dealership that came through completely on that request. Carolyn Buchner was very nice and patient with all of our questions via email. I wish that all dealerships would take note of how Keffer Mazda deals with customers. We did not have time to play games about pricing and Carolyn was upfront and honest from the very beginning of our correspondence. How refreshing! More

Our salesman, John Jenkins, was patient in listening to our automotive needs and helping us find a solution that worked in terms of mileage, payment, and usage. The finance person, Taiwon, was also very helpful and courteous. The service manager took the time to talk to us about the car we were considering and tell us what he had done to the vehicle. It's too early to tell on their long-term customer service ethic, but so far, we are very pleased. More

This review is because I have had a really great experience with great staff. To me, car buying is relating to your sales person. If I walk in and can't relate to who I am working with I am bound to not trust them. Working with Keffer Mazda of Huntersville has really been great. I had a horrible experience with Lake Norman Dodge, Jeep, Ram and their approach and their "too good for you" attitudes. I had a lease under a Chrysler 200 and wanted a Jeep Cherokee due to being one month out from my lease end date. After my horrible experience I decided to research SUV s more and found Mazda highly rated on their CX-5. After a few friends said they have had a great experience with their Mazda I decided I would test drive. I have always been a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler girl. Hated my Chevy Malibu. To my surprise the CX-5 drove super nice and I liked the features inside. I wanted the Touring model. Sean Daly the sales man I was working with understood from the moment I walked in I wanted an open and honest relationship. There was no pressure to buy. He answered all my questions with knowledge. I walked in with no intent to buy, just to test drive. During negotiations Sean knew what we wanted and advocated on our behalf. The negotiating process was actual very smooth and they printed out all types of numbers on a sheet to show down payments and monthly payments for the car. I felt that it was less about going back and forth and more of understanding % of the cars value. The general Manager Lowell actually came out to speak with us and then came back at my request one last time. He was informative and really backed up where he stood on pricing and why. To me that was so much more valuable and I felt he was honest during the whole process. To my surprise I ended up with my Mazda CX-5 Touring. No buyers remorse. Sean was even willing to help me out past his work hours and drive me up to the Chrysler dealership to drop off the 200. I appreciated all the excellent service I was given. Most dealerships don't understand the more open and honest a customer feels with you the more positive that customer views you. I have already told my coworkers about it this morning and will advocate for this dealership. I am happy I have someone I can go to and trust. I feel there is no wall when I go there. I can tell you they will be my families go to dealership in years to come. That is how you keep customers and word of mouth is the most important marketing.
