Every New Car Buying Experience Should Be Like This!!!!!! If you are like me, you would rather go to the dentist for root canal than go through the process of going to a new car dealership and buying a car! H If you are like me, you would rather go to the dentist for root canal than go through the process of going to a new car dealership and buying a car! However, from the moment that I walked into Keffer Mazda, I realized quickly this was NOT going to be like any other experience that I had, in buying a new car! NO pushy salesperson. I met with Mary Tweedie, who rather than talked AT me, actually listened to me and what I wanted. After I explained what I was looking for to Mary, the whole process was ...as crazy as this sounds - FUN! Mary was Excellent! Of course, I was shown all the "extra" options and service packages that were available for the new car that I was going to buy, BUT there was NO hard sell on ANYTHING....My wife and I just leased a new car for our son from a dealer (not a Mazda), in Arizonia and with the hard sell on the service packages that dealer, get this, actually made us watch a video on the service package options and of course the video tried scarring you, that you need to purchase every single service package! NOT HERE - NOT AT ALL! :) The only recomendation that I would make is that one person in the dealership handle everything from start to finish. We had to meet with the finance manager to go over the down payment and loan. Don't get me wrong, he too was excellent, as well, but I think it would be a better buying experience for a customer to just have to deal with one person for the whole sale....but we understand. If you do not at least try Keffer Mazda - you will regret it! ****Reggie Thomas was excellent too**** I guess this is important not to leave out ... I had been researching this car for a long time and I received the BEST sales price on this car! Almsot wanted to run out of the dealership, as I thought they may have made a mistake!!!!! :) More

We are VERY disappointed that even though Donnie showed us SEVERAL models that came with the rear shade to protect our belongings when we took ours home the next evening we discovered ours was without one. When I called about it, I was told it was not on the sticker and it did not come with it. VERY DISAPPOINTED that this dealership did not offer to order us one, instead made the offer to sell it to us at $158. Seems a bit ridiculous! More

Painless Test drove a CX-3 and a Mazda3 Hatchback with Donnie. I ended up with the hatchback and they gave me a fair trade in value for my car. After having my CX-9 "serviced" and then damaged by another local shop, Keffer Mazda took over and has done an amazing job of helping repair everything. Jay Zimberg is my hero. He not only has made sure my car is taken care of, but he also has advocated for me in my ongoing dispute with the previous mechanics who damaged my car. He has taken a great amount of his time explaining things, answering my numerous question (fielding multiple phone calls from me in a days time!) and listening to my concerns. His staff also took the time to show me everything that was going on and helped me understand where the problems were and what could be done about them. Chris was very friendly and helpful while he showed me my car. All the staff I interacted with made me feel very comfortable and were extremely nice. My situation was a complicated one involving multiple parties and Jay and his staff have been unbelievably patient and have really helped make things easier for me to handle. I highly recommend Keffer Mazda for service! They truly go above and beyond! More
