He not only has made sure my car is taken care of, but he also has advocated for me in my ongoing dispute with the previous mechanics who damaged my car. He has taken a great amount of his time explaining things, answering my numerous question (fielding multiple phone calls from me in a days time!) and listening to my concerns. His staff also took the time to show me everything that was going on and helped me understand where the problems were and what could be done about them. Chris was very friendly and helpful while he showed me my car. All the staff I interacted with made me feel very comfortable and were extremely nice. My situation was a complicated one involving multiple parties and Jay and his staff have been unbelievably patient and have really helped make things easier for me to handle. I highly recommend Keffer Mazda for service! They truly go above and beyond! More
