Kenny & Zac were great and went out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Kenny wasn't like your typical "sales guy"! He was very personable & made us feel like family! Tony was great as well. Even though it was the end of their work day, he didn't rush is through the paperwork. He made sure we understood everything! Thanks guys! More

My family has lived in Huntersville now for about 21 years. When we started to consider buying a Mazda for the first time, I could not recall that this dealership was even there, sitting between the Honda dealer, and the VW dealer that we have purchased from, and used for service over all of these years. It sits almost silently among 6 or 8 dealerships along Statesville road, low profile, and barely noticeable day or nite. But... once you get beyond the doors, the people inside make you glad that you walked through them. Rodney Roseboro worked with us over several weeks from our first visit until the final purchase. He was very welcoming, professional, accommodating and simply a very nice, guy to work with. All creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Zack (the sales manager) clearly manage's by example, and his warm hosting personality flows throughout his sales staff, most likely beginning with his hiring choices. All in all our best car shopping/buying experience over my 57 years so far. Finished up with Tony Rios (finance). Same great experience all the way to the finish. Personal, kowlageable, informative, no pressure. More good news is... that just a few hundred yards down the road is a NEW DEALERSHIP under construction for Keffer Mazda of Huntersville. They should be moving and operating in their NEW building sometime in Feb., 2016... looking forward to seeing them all again in their new digs wen I go back for my first service. Do your self a favor, and don't overlook the Keffer Mazda Huntersville ... zoomzoom. More

Best customer service I have found ANYWHERE I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris and his team were friendly, extremely helpful, and patient in listening to me describe the car's problem. They fixed it quickly and completely. I was even more impressed, though, when it was time to settle up and I discovered that I had left my wallet at home. I never do this! Because I live across town from the dealership, Chris declined my offer to go home and get my wallet. Instead, he graciously waived the charge. Needless to say, even though the charge was small, I was embarrassed by my own carelessness. However, Chris was cool about it and made it clear that he was there to help. It's amazing that Keffer gives its people such leeway to take care of their customers--even when the customer goofs up the way I did! You can be sure my car will never be serviced by anyone else. (And I'm going back to pay for that repair!) More

Wonderful Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so after reading the reviews on Mazda, we decided to go to Keffer Mazda. We were first interested in t My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so after reading the reviews on Mazda, we decided to go to Keffer Mazda. We were first interested in the CX-5 and we stopped in late on a Saturday. Our salesperson Rodney, was just great. I literally gbreak out in a rash when I have to shop fir a car, and the biggest reason for this is the pushy sales personnel. We asked a few questions of Rodney, and he quickly and efficiently got us the info we needed. I thought the Mazda 6 might be a better fit for us and we asked Rodney about it. Again, without being pushy or trying to upsell us, he got us all the info we needed. The following Saturday we made our final decision and drove out with a beautiful Mazda 6. Through the whole process Rodney handled everything professionally and courteously. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience and I never once broke out in a rash. Kudos to Rodney and the rest of the team at Keffer Mazda!!! More

Turnaround I didn't have the most pleasant experience with a gentleman at the Service Desk on Wednesday November 18. Apparently, the service area is closed for n I didn't have the most pleasant experience with a gentleman at the Service Desk on Wednesday November 18. Apparently, the service area is closed for new car service at 5 even though the the shop is open until 6. The news was not delivered well with the solution being for me to call the shop ahead of time. Though I understood what this gentleman was going for in terms of arriving to a solution, his delivery was not apologetic or caring. I drove 50 minutes to come to the shop and though I arrived at 5:10- I thought he did not appreciate my effort in trying to establish a good relationship as a customer. I decided to come back on Saturday and give the location a second chance. I spoke with the general manager Chris Wilkie about the experience and he gave a great response, I felt heard and actually became excited about some of the new expansion projects Keffer Mazda is undergoing. I also let him know Chris Brannon was a great example of how to offer customer service. I remember him from the last visit I had over a year ago. He is consistent in his service and honest yet personable in his communication. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, I need a great professional relationship established at the beginning to be a loyal, trusting customer. Kudos for turning a negative into a very positive experience. More
