Outstanding service at Keffer Mazda I visited several car dealerships in the Charlotte area in order to test drive cars that I thought I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at I visited several car dealerships in the Charlotte area in order to test drive cars that I thought I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at Keffer Mazda I was immediately greeted by a nice sales person who was willing to listen to me tell him what I was hoping to buy. He showed me a few cars and suggested I take them on a test drive to determine if the car met my expectation. During the drive he pointed out features and beneits. He also shared with me why he like selling Mazdas. His confidence in the cars performance was encouraging. All the things I was interested in the Mazda offered. Within only a week or 2 he texted me information about a car he felt was exactly what I wanted. He was right! Each visit I made to the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism. The process to purchase the car was so easy and all the details were explained in a clear manner. I felt I always understood what I was signing and why. Making Sure Everything's Right I've brought my Montero to this dealership since the day I bought it. Even though it does not sell Mitsubishis anymore, they still service my vehicle I've brought my Montero to this dealership since the day I bought it. Even though it does not sell Mitsubishis anymore, they still service my vehicle and do a great job with it. After the latest service, I had an issue and Chris took it back and made sure it was 100% correct before giving it back to me. I also like that they now wash my car after every service. Easy car-buying experience Sean is great to work with, very laid back and low pressure. He is very knowledgable, and had an answer for nearly every question, but was honest and admitted when he didn't, rather than making something up. For the most part, he waited till we asked, and let the vehicle sell itself, rather than pushing it on us. All the financial business took a while, and there was not a nice comfortable lounge to wait in like a lot of dealerships have these days -- but that will change soon when they open the new state-of-the-art building next door. We owned Mazdas about 20 years ago, but have driven only two Toyota 4-runners and a Jetta since then. The great experience we had buying a Mazda will make us start there, and at this dealership, the next time we buy. More
