There was no pressure, everything was up front. When it came down to the paperwork phase, the financial officer turned his screen to show me where all the costs were tied up. None of this writing a number on a sheet of paper and scurrying away to "talk to the manager." They made sure I was happy with the deal, the car, and the experience. I wish I had gone there first - it would have made for a much less stressful week. More

Got approved for the .09% interest rate which was great; They also worked with me on the price of accessories I needed. Props to Chad (sales) for making the sales process painless, thanks to Zac (sales manager) for getting the exact car I wanted in a timely fashion; And a big thanks to Donnell in service who stayed late to help me affix my car rack on the roof. I was greeted right away by Rodney whom took interest in what I was looking for in a car. We test drove the car, he understood my hesitancy in proceeding because of my recent bad experience . They took a deposit and held the car for me as I waited for a refund from previous dealer. The overall process was pleasure able and seamless!!! More

Very friendly and helpful I came to the dealership off a suggestion from my dad, looking for my first car to buy from a dealer. When I got there, I was promptly greeted by Mary I came to the dealership off a suggestion from my dad, looking for my first car to buy from a dealer. When I got there, I was promptly greeted by Mary. She let me into the car, a 2012 Kia Forte, and showed me all the features. We went for a test drive and she told me what she knew about the car (a lot). I also learned that it was a very fair price. We went back inside so I could fill out the paperwork. Once I had the basics filled out, she handed me over to an equally friendly JJ. He helped me through the finances, being polite and understanding, while also explaining anything I didn't understand. They have great people and great service. I would definitely recommend them. More
Dissatisfied customer suv did not have top engine cover when offered for sale. Did ship dirty one, had 4 mats in rear, 3 fit, 1 for another vehicle. Both good and bad points First, the good. My salesperson Yuri Carvalho was extremely nice and informative. He was very detailed in showing me the car and always responded to First, the good. My entire interaction with Yuri was positive. I now own a Mazda3 and so far I really like it. After the car was finally given to me, John Jenkins was the one to walk me through all the features and got everything set up with the Bluetooth and my phone sync. I was very pleased with the delivery and hand off and my interaction with John. Now the bad. The car, with the specifics I wanted, was not on the lot. In negotiations I was told they could secure the vehicle and have it to me in 24-48 hours. That night I signed the purchase agreement and was given the detailed information on the car, including the VIN number. The following day they tried to get me to take a different car with more mileage. I refused. Then they said they could get a newer car, but it would take longer. I could get no clear explanation why they suddenly didn't want to give me the car they promised. I had secured financing prior to visiting dealerships. While I was there they convinced me to let them run my credit (only once or twice max) but only with somewhere that they may could get me a better interest rate. I had 8 hits on my credit. Not to all reports, but several places hit all 3 reports. They admitted to running it through 4 places. I was later told that they didn't have lenders who could beat the rate. They WHY run it? Three days after my original signing, when my bank still hadn't received the buyers agreement, I found out that they still had not secured the vehicle. It took four days and multiple emails and phone calls to get the vehicle I was promised. This was far from a pleasant or relaxed experience. It is doubtful I would purchase again from this dealership. My future dealings with the service department will make the final decision. More
