My entire interaction with Yuri was positive. I now own a Mazda3 and so far I really like it. After the car was finally given to me, John Jenkins was the one to walk me through all the features and got everything set up with the Bluetooth and my phone sync. I was very pleased with the delivery and hand off and my interaction with John. Now the bad. The car, with the specifics I wanted, was not on the lot. In negotiations I was told they could secure the vehicle and have it to me in 24-48 hours. That night I signed the purchase agreement and was given the detailed information on the car, including the VIN number. The following day they tried to get me to take a different car with more mileage. I refused. Then they said they could get a newer car, but it would take longer. I could get no clear explanation why they suddenly didn't want to give me the car they promised. I had secured financing prior to visiting dealerships. While I was there they convinced me to let them run my credit (only once or twice max) but only with somewhere that they may could get me a better interest rate. I had 8 hits on my credit. Not to all reports, but several places hit all 3 reports. They admitted to running it through 4 places. I was later told that they didn't have lenders who could beat the rate. They WHY run it? Three days after my original signing, when my bank still hadn't received the buyers agreement, I found out that they still had not secured the vehicle. It took four days and multiple emails and phone calls to get the vehicle I was promised. This was far from a pleasant or relaxed experience. It is doubtful I would purchase again from this dealership. My future dealings with the service department will make the final decision. More

Daughters first car We were looking for several months for a Mazda 3 black on black hatch for our teenage daughter. We had visited Keffer several times and my wife and I We were looking for several months for a Mazda 3 black on black hatch for our teenage daughter. We had visited Keffer several times and my wife and I returned to look at a used Hyundai Elantra that was on their lot. When walking on to the lot we noticed a new arrival - black on black 2012 Mazda 3 hatch. We drove it, loved it and decided to do a deal. While we did not get to the exact price we were hoping in the end it felt fair. But here is where Keffer really came through. The was our daughters fist car and we wanted to surprise her. Carolyn and Zac were all in to help. So they willingly pulled the feature car out of the dealership, puller her car in and out en went beyond by tapping into a neighboring dealer for a big red bow to put in it. We arranged a time with them and showed up with our daughter to look at the Elantra. It was cold that day so Carolyn suggested we go inside to get the key and take care of the license, etc. when we entered the dealer, there it was....her car she had always wanted. My wife asked " when did this come in?" And Carolyn responded that it had just come I. And sold already. Of course my daughter was completely bummed but not surprised, Then Zac came out and introduced himself and confirmed that indeed it was sold, then asked my daughters name of which then he looked at the paperwork and said, " wait, this is your car" and handed her the keys. She was dumb founded and so excited, so we want to extend a social thanks to Keffer and especially Carolyn and Zac for making this a special day for our daughter. Making special moments like this for a business like yours can create strong bonds between customers and your business. We've told this story to many and all are amazed that the dealer went through this effort, working in Customer Experience Design professionally, it is about how we do our business that creates long standing relAtionships over time where in the future your customer will only think about you when it comes to purchasing another vehicle.
