first visit with a ten year year old mazda 6 just moved to N.C. from NYS. Received a letter from Mazda reminding me to get the defective Tahata air bags replaced, at no charge. Quickly scheduled just moved to N.C. from NYS. Received a letter from Mazda reminding me to get the defective Tahata air bags replaced, at no charge. Quickly scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time and the car was immediately taken into the shop. Was told that the replacement should take no more than 75 minutes for both air bags. Job was done in 45 minutes. Chris at the front desk was polite, personable., and helpful. Best experience in a dealership since the early 70's. Yes the last century. More

He made us confident that we had made the right decision and he was careful to go over everything in the car with me before I drove it home. Kenny was the best salesman we had after visiting 5 dealerships, because he was very personable and was able to relate to what we were looking for. This was our first stop in the car buying journey and he made us feel comfortable and informed during our meeting. While we were shown offers, we never felt like we were attacked or badgered during the experience. Zac did a nice job of being able to adjust the numbers and while it did take some back and forth, he was able to provide a deal that was perfect for us. He responded back to my calls immediately which was also helpful. Tony did a good job in explaining all the details which can be very overwhelming with all the paperwork. Even for options that we didn't pick, he explained the options and why we should consider it, despite not pressuring us. The one flaw in the experience was the time it took to close the deal. We waited what was probably between 30-45 minutes just to see financing. Tony did mention that it was the end of the month which is extremely busy and how there was only one person compared to the more staff they will have at the new facility, but regardless as a customer it was frustrating and tiresome. Overall, we would recommend Keffer and Kenny to our friends as it was very close to perfection. More
