The advisor Chris Brannon and the technician determined that the key fobs were the problem and not the module and all I would have to do is replace the key fobs and everything would be working like it should. He has honored that and made my visits relaxed. Most car buyers know that what is negotiated at the sale may not actually come to pass when service is obtained. However, Mr. Brannon has made the experience a reality and a pleasure. I also am very happy with my Mazda. More
