I was thorough with the test drive and the vehicle and Mary hung in there for the whole thing. She was informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle, especially without being a Ford Dealership! Moving on to Zac. He was most definitely a fair and honest guy to deal with when it came to negotiating the final price. Tony was concise and informative as well. They completed the service, took care of a recall, and washed and vac I took my CX-5 in for its 10,000 mile service. The staff was extremely friendly.
