After initially speaking with Shawn Prophet (Internet) and later Chad Cowens (sales), the deal that was presented (trade and new) was a no-brainer to make the trip from 'Upstate SC'. It was a pleasure doing business with both gentlemen, as well as, Tony Rios (finance). They all were very thorough and explained everything including follow up calls on their part. I was thorough with the test drive and the vehicle and Mary hung in there for the whole thing. She was informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle, especially without being a Ford Dealership! Moving on to Zac. He was most definitely a fair and honest guy to deal with when it came to negotiating the final price. Tony was concise and informative as well.
