2016 Mazda 6 Yuri was great as a salesman, eventhough I asked to look at 2 other cars that I did not get to see. The BIGGEST problem was with them paying off my ot Yuri was great as a salesman, eventhough I asked to look at 2 other cars that I did not get to see. The BIGGEST problem was with them paying off my other car. I had to call the Mazda Corp number and talk to someone that way because I couldn't get in touch with the dealership. I kept getting calls from my old lender saying that I owed money, and asked why. Come to find out the dealership did not send off my payment as they said and showed they would on my paperwork. The customer service rep called and asked what was going on to the dealership, and they told her that they were sending the payment off next day which was a wed, which fine ok. But then get a text the FOLLOWING TUESDAY from Yuri saying my payment was sent that day. So not only are they lying to me, but also to the corp customer service rep. Needles to say I am stuck with a car I wished I could get out of just because of the dealership and should of just walked away. Lesson learned I guess. If they lied to me, not sure how many they have and will continue to lie to as well. More
