In this current economy with a lot of businesses not caring about the customer, he's sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and courtesy. He's a pleasure. I initially was there to see a used Mazda6, but Chad and J.J. were able to get the numbers right for me to get a new one and still remain within my budget. All in all it was a calming experience compared to other dealerships I visited. The new building is also a plus. More
