Great Experience I have been wanting to get a new car for the past 2 years but dreaded the process of car buying. There aren't many things that I enjoy less than being I have been wanting to get a new car for the past 2 years but dreaded the process of car buying. There aren't many things that I enjoy less than being pressured into making fairly big decisions. Recently I finally made myself go into a few dealers and test drive several small size SUV's. A co-worker told me about their positive experience at Keffer Mazda and I'm so glad that they did. My experience at Keffer Mazda was really great and I appreciate that I was never too pressured into making a decision. I had the pleasure of working with Yuri who sold me the 2016 CX-5. He was super nice, very knowledgable and clearly loves the Mazda brand. Throughout the whole process and even after I purchased the car, he responded to my questions via text and email very quickly. I was weighing between 3 different cars and Yuri and the team were understanding in me wanting to take my time in making a decision. They let me take the CX-5 home for 24 hours so that I had more time to get a feel for the car--this was extremely helpful. It was fairly late on the day I went in to buy the car and they stayed a couple hours past closing until I was finished with the process. Even with it being late, I never felt rushed. I also still hadn't decided on which exterior color I wanted (between the navy and red). Yuri literally stood out on the lot with me between the different color options and waited patiently until I made my decision. He got me set up with the car and walked me through the infotainment system before I left. Tony was really great to work with on the finances. The whole process was very smooth and painless. He took the time to clearly explain everything I was signing and encouraged questions. He also clearly loves the Mazda brand. I'm really happy with my experience at Keffer Mazda and would highly recommend it to anyone. More

I had been looking other places for months, but this was the 1st dealership that I felt like the agent gave me plenty of time to make the important decision of purchasing a new car, and was patient throughout the process. Rodney was knowledgeable, professional, and above all was not pushy, nor did I feel pressured from him in manner. This was a different experience from other dealerships I visited. He also set up my GPS, and explained it, and synced my phone before we left the dealership. I also had a positive experience working with Tony Rios. All the plan options were explained for the Mastertech vehicle protection program. I have received follow up phone calls to inquire as to whether I have questions or concerns from both employees. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I have already recommended them to others. More

Exceptional Buying Experience I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 and had the pleasure to work with Rodney and Tony. Initially, I was on the fence about which midsize SUV to buy and firs I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 and had the pleasure to work with Rodney and Tony. Initially, I was on the fence about which midsize SUV to buy and first met Rodney when I test drove the CX5. I really appreciated Rodney for his knowledge, helpful attitude, and not being pushy. His manner was in contrast to the other dealerships I visited (Honda & Toyota) where I received follow up phone calls every other day. Rodney and the Keffer team helped me with a great deal and I never felt pressured. For financing I spoke with Tony and was largely impressed with his knowledge and passion for Mazda products and the Keffer culture. Tony continued the "no pressure" style I had experienced with Rodney. Overall, I'm thankful to these two gentlemen and the Keffer culture for creating a pleasant and exceptional buying experience.
