Friendly, helpful and not pushy! I went with my mother to look at a car I'd found online there. We met with Chad and looked at the intended car. Donnie was with another customer, Elite assisted then turned us over to Kenny. What a pleasure dealing with him. He's a real pro, friendly and helpful. They were extremely busy, good to see. Before we left (we always sleep on a major purchase), they made us a great offer. We called the following day to set up a closing time. When we returned everything went as expected. Kenny was waiting for us. I asked why he looked so tired to find he was there until 12:15 the night before closing two deals.
