Clean and quite place polite service advisors. During my service appointment while washing my car for free, passenger side plastic panels somehow were damaged (had splashes of some liquid). I came back and requested to wash this part again but apparently the splashes were still there. When I returned back to dealership I explained my issue to service advisor -Chris Brannon. He took it seriously, call the guy who previously tried to fix the issue. After hearing from him that many things were tried without success, Chris offered to change those plastic pieces with the new ones. He ordered new parts, called me when they arrived and arranged installation. I just want to express many thanks to Chris. He is always very polite and helpful. I wish more people like him work in dealerships around the country. More

Told him which vehicle I was interested in and he took me and my wife to the vehicle and proceeded to explain the vehicle's features in detail. The sale proceed went well. No pressure in buying. Left with a new Mazda CX-5. He even went as far as to help my wife with questions she had on a Mazda vehicle she did not even buy there. Awesome!!! Will recommend this dealership to anyone.
