I am nervous by nature and Chad immediately said, "do you love the car? Good. Now let me take care of the rest." AND HE DID! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy AND calm. The process from beginning to end was seamless. They let me park my rental at the lot overnight so that I could drive my car home that day.
